The Last Stop in Yuma County
While awaiting the next fuel truck at a middle-of-nowhere Arizona rest stop, a traveling young knife salesman is thrust into a high-stakes hostage situation by the arrival of two similarly stranded bank robbers with no qualms about using cruelty—or cold, hard steel—to protect their bloodstained, ill-gotten fortune.

Jim Cummings is a Los Angeles-based producer, writer, director, and actor. Born on October 31, 1986 in New Orleans, he started his film career with multiple short films, including the 2016 short film THUNDER ROAD, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. He later adapted it into a feature film of the same name, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the SXSW Film Festival in 2018. His next feature, THE WOLF OF SNOW HOLLOW, was released in 2020 to critical acclaim.
