He is best known for his roles as Tommy on Walker, Texas Ranger, Kickin' Wing in Joe Dirt, Marine Private First Class Ira Hayes in Flags of Our Fathers, Private Ben Yahzee in Windtalkers, Dr. Charles Eastman (Ohiyesa) in Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, Chester Lake in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Officer Jim Chee in the film adaptions of Skinwalkers, Coyote Waits, and A Thief of Time.

Nathaniel Arcand (born November 13, 1971) is a Canadian actor and is Nēhilawē (Plains Cree), from the Alexander First Nation Reserve. His first major role was as troubled teen William MacNeil for 3 seasons in the Canadian drama series North of 60. In 1997, he was nominated for a Gemini Award in the category "Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Supporting Role in a Dramatic Series" for the North of 60 episode "Traces and Tracks." He had a major role as Clinton Skye in the CBS crime drama FBI: Most Wanted, and one of his longest running roles is that of Scott Cardinal on the CBC series Heartland. He has also appeared on Murdoch Mysteries, Smallville, Longmire, Bull, Supernatural, and Into the West, to name a few. He portrays Victor Merasty on Blackstone, "an unmuted exploration of First Nations’ power and politics" set in a small Plains Cree community. He also portrays Nathan in the comedic drama Two Indians Talking, which won the 2010 Vancouver International Film Festival Most Popular Canadian Film Award. He appeared in Cold Pursuit with Liam Neeson, as well as many other films.
Michelle Thrush is a Canadian actor and activist. Thrush is best known for her leading role as Gail Stonee in Blackstone for which she won the Gemini Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role in 2011, and her recurring roles as Sylvia LeBret in North of 60 and Deanna Martin in Arctic Air. Thrush starred in the Palme d'Or and Cesar award nominated film Jimmy P: Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian.
Julian Black Antelope is a Canadian actor and stunt performer of Irish and First Nation descent. He was adopted and raised by a non-aboriginal couple. He grew up outside of Fort MacLeod near the Kainai (Blood) and Piikani Blackfoot Reserves but knew little of his native culture. After leaving home at 15, he sought out his First Nation roots. Eventually, some Blackfoot elders took him under their wings. He has been quoted as saying, “I’m half-Irish and half some kind of Indian.” He is best known for his role as Darrien Tailfeathers on the series Blackstone. He has also written, directed, produced or edited many independent short films and video documentaries including the 2019 feature Harpoon.
