Michael Justin "Burnie" Burns (born 1973) is an independent filmmaker living in Texas. His most notable contributions have been in machinima, although he has also worked with live-action. In April 2003, Burns, along with several of his friends, created the Internet machinima series Red vs. Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles. Filmed using the video games Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo: Reach. Red vs. Blue was quickly acclaimed for its humor and originality, eventually elevating Burns to the status of an Internet celebrity. Such visibility allowed him to create one of the few successful machinima film-houses in the industry, Rooster Teeth Productions. Burns even attracted the attention of video game giant Electronic Arts, who asked him to create a promotional series using their new game, The Sims 2. The result, The Strangerhood, has received mixed reviews. Burns also premiered P.A.N.I.C.S., a mini-series that utilizes the F.E.A.R. game engine. He has appeared at several film festivals, including Sundance and The Sydney Film Festival. He currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons.
Matt Hullum (born September 29, 1974) is an independent filmmaker in Austin, Texas. Along with Burnie Burns, he is a co-founder of Rooster Teeth Productions, a company that specializes in machinima, the art using engines from computer and video games to create films. According to news posts and forum discussion on the Rooster Teeth website, he appears to handle most (if not all) of the animation of The Strangerhood. Also, according to Burnie Burns, "He is the closest we get to actual voice acting." Most of the other voice actors only use their ordinary voice, whereas Matt uses his ordinary voice in addition to other strange accents. As a result, he is responsible for a large amount of the voice acting in the various machinima projects at Rooster Teeth.
Geoffrey Lazer Ramsey (born Geoffrey Paul Fink; June 19, 1975 in Mobile, Alabama) is an American independent filmmaker, actor and voice actor, producer, writer, show and podcast host, content producer, comedian, as well as an Internet and YouTube personality who is best known for being the co-founder and prominent staff member of Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter. He is known for being very competitive and apparently always willing to prove fellow staff member Burnie Burns wrong. Ramsey voices character Dexter Grif in Red vs. Blue and Red vs. Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles and was a very popular character with his fans. He is also the co-founder of Achievement Hunter. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and fellow Rooster Teeth employee (until November 2011) Griffon Ramsey, and their daughter Millie.
Gustavo Raul "Gus" Sorola IIIis best known for his role with Rooster Teeth and his part in Red vs. Blue as Simmons. Gus also stars in other productions by Rooster Teeth such as Immersion, host of Drunk Tank Podcasts, special appearances with Achievement Hunter, and the new game show The Gauntlet as coach of the Red Team. His team did superbly in the competition and ultimately failed in the end. Gus is not shy to pose naked in long-time friend and co-work Geoff Lazer Ramsey's home and has posed nude in several episodes. Gus is one of the technicians that keep Rooster Teeth running, with the help of others. Gus does not take personal days after vacations and enjoys buffalo chicken pizza when he is under the influence of twilight gas.

Miles Antony Luna is a Rooster Teeth staff member, director and filmmaker known for writing and directing Red vs. Blue and RWBY. He is the winner of two International Academy of Web Television Awards for Best Animated Series for Red vs. Blue Season 10 and RWBY Volume 1. Miles is one of the writers and assistant directors of RWBY, as well as the voice actor for Jaune Arc. He also voices Felix in the popular web series, Red vs. Blue. He is the Head Writer of Animation at Rooster Teeth working on writing, editing, voice acting and graphic designing. He and Kerry Shawcross also own and stream on the Twitch channel Streamyweenies.
Shannon McCormick (born c.1971) is a voice actor employed by Rooster Teeth from Atlantic, Iowa currently residing in Austin, Texas. He is a classically trained actor who is best known for playing the role of Agent Washington ever since the character's debut in Red vs. Blue: Recovery One, and Lopez 2.0in Season 11. He also made an appearance in a few Rooster Teeth Shorts and provides the voice for the RWBY character Professor Ozpin.
Jason Saldaña is a member of and voice actor for Rooster Teeth Productions. His voice acting work is included in Red vs. Blue and PANICS. He also has featured in RT Shorts, a series of short live-action satirical comedies produced by Rooster Teeth Productions. He is best known for providing the voice ofTucker in Red vs. Blue. Jason is a 2001 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television-Film.
Arryn Zech is an American actress best known for her role as Blake Belladonna from RWBY. She also voices the character Dr. Emily Grey in the longest running web-based series, Red vs. Blue, created by the Austin-based production company, Rooster Teeth. Arryn was born in Rota, Spain, but was raised in the city of New Braunfels, Texas. She attended the North East School of Arts high-school in San Antonio, Texas, where she majored in Musical Theatre. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Journalism in Copy Editing and Design, but found her passions still lie with acting and singing. She worked at the university's student run television station, TSTV, where she worked as an actress, writer, and host for multiple shows including Videogame Hour Live and Still Life. With over 10 years of training in theatre, various acting methods, and classical voice, Arryn is now based in LA pursing her career in film and television.
Jen Brown is a voice actor affiliated with Rooster Teeth Productions. She provides the voice for Freelancer Agent Carolina in the Rooster Teeth machinima Red vs. Blue. She also provides the voice of Pyrrha Nikos in the Rooster Teeth animated series RWBY, Ered in Camp Camp, and Die-Mond in X-Ray and Vav. Her husband, Brett Tribe, has also appeared in Red vs. Blue as Agent Idaho.
