From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Theresa Lee "Terry" Farrell (born November 19, 1963, height 5' 11¾" (1,82 m)) is an American former actress and fashion model. She is perhaps best known for her performances in the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Jadzia Dax and Becker as Regina Kostas. Farrell is the daughter of Kay Carol Christine (Bendickson) and Edwin Francis Farrell, Jr. Later, her mother married David W. Grussendorf, who adopted Terry and her sister, Christine. In 1978, she left her hometown for a summer in Mexico City as a foreign exchange student. She has since been fond of big cities, so in her junior year of high school, the nearly six feet tall Farrell submitted her image to the Elite modeling agency in New York City. Shortly after, at the age of 16, she was summoned to New York City and, within two days of arriving, had an exclusive contract with Mademoiselle. After 18 months of modeling, she studied acting with Kate McGregor Stewart while still modeling on the side. Her first major roles were in the short-lived 1983 television series Paper Dolls playing a model and in the feature film Back to School with Rodney Dangerfield. In the spring of 1989, she began studying acting with Stella Adler and appeared in a number of guest-starring roles in series like Quantum Leap and The Cosby Show. In 1992, she played Cat in a second pilot for a U.S. version of Red Dwarf, which was not picked up. She played Regina "Reggie" Kostas, foil and love interest to Ted Danson's John Becker, for four years and 94 episodes, before she was replaced by Nancy Travis. Farrell also provided the voice of Six of One in the animated short film Tripping the Rift, which eventually became a Sci-Fi Channel TV series with other actors providing the voice of Six. Brent Jay Spiner (/ˈspaɪnər/, born February 2, 1949, height 5' 10" (1,78 m)) is an American actor, best known for his portrayal of the android Lieutenant Commander Data in the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation and four subsequent films. His portrayal of Data in Star Trek: First Contact and of Dr. Brackish Okun in Independence Day, both in 1996, earned him a Saturn Award and Saturn Award nomination respectively. He has also enjoyed a career in the theatre and as a musician. Brent Jay Spiner was born February 2, 1949 in Houston, Texas to Sylvia and Jack Spiner, who owned a furniture store. After his father's death, Spiner was adopted by Sylvia's second husband, Sol Mintz, whose surname he used between 1955 and 1975. Spiner was raised Jewish. He attended Bellaire High School, Bellaire, Texas. Spiner became active on the Bellaire Speech team, winning the national championship in dramatic interpretation. He attended the University of Houston where he performed in local theatre.
Todd Stashwick is an American actor and writer. He is known for his roles as Dale Malloy on The Riches (2007–2008) and Theodore Deacon on 12 Monkeys (2015–2018). He played Captain Liam Shaw in the third season of Star Trek: Picard (2023). Stashwick was born in Chicago at the Swedish Covenant Hospital and was raised in the suburbs just outside of the city. As a child, he always loved making people laugh, and he aspired one day to perform at Chicago's famous The Second City. Soon after graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in theatre, he began performing at several local improvisational theatres, and his dream came true when he was hired in 1992 to tour nationally with The Second City. Following productions at The Second City Detroit and The Second City Northwest, he relocated to New York. He auditioned for Saturday Night Live the same year that fellow Second City alumnus David Koechner joined the cast. Work in film and television drew him to Los Angeles, where he shot several pilots and series, including recurring work on the series MDs, American Dreams, Rodney, and Still Standing. He had a significant supporting role on The Riches, playing Minnie Driver's nefarious cousin, until its cancellation in September 2008. In May 2018, it was announced he was cast as Dr. Drakken in the Disney Channel film Kim Possible, based on the animated series. The film premiered on February 15, 2019. In September 2020, Stashwick appeared as a guest on Studio 60 on the Sunset Stripmarathon fundraiser episode of The George Lucas Talk Show. Stashwick is also the co-creator, along with DC and Marvel artist Dennis Calero, of the online web comic Devil Inside, which had its launch at the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con. He and Calero met because Dennis had illustrated Todd's character from Heroes into an online comic based on the series. The two decided to collaborate on their own title, which is being self-published once a week in traditional serialised strip form on Stashwick's personal website. Devil Inside tells "the story of Jack Springheel. aka The Devil, who has a crisis of conscience. He blasts out of hell and lands in the Nevada desert. He does not want to go back; he wants to quit. But there are forces conspiring to drag him back to hell. If he doesn't use his mojo, he stays off the grid and they can't find him.
