The 2023 Survivor Series was the 37th annual Survivor Series professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and live streaming event produced by WWE. It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event took place on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at the Allstate Arena in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois, marking the third Survivor Series to be held at this arena after the 1989 and 2019 events. The event retained the WarGames theme utilised for the 2022 event.

Cody Rhodes
Cody Garrett Runnels Rhodes is an American professional wrestler and actor. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand. He is also known for his time in All Elite Wrestling , where he was the inaugural and record three-time AEW TNT Champion and also served as an executive vice president. Rhodes rose to prominence during his first tenure with WWE from 2006 to 2016, where he performed under his real name, as well as under the gimmick and ring name Stardust, an overly deep, dramatic, and sparkling spin-off gimmick of his brother's Goldust character. Rhodes has also wrestled for various other notable promotions, including TNA, Ring of Honor, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling. Outside of wrestling, he serves as a judge on the competition series Go-Big Show, and stars with his wife Brandi Rhodes on the reality show 'Rhodes to the Top'. Rhodes is the son of wrestler Dusty Rhodes and the half-brother of fellow wrestler Dustin Rhodes. Joined WWE in 2006, initially being assigned to the company's developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). After becoming a Triple Crown Champion in OVW, he was promoted to WWE's main roster in 2007 and remained there for nine years, performing under his real name and later under the gimmick of Stardust. During his time with WWE, Rhodes became a two-time Intercontinental Champion and was a prolific tag team wrestler, winning six world tag team championships with four separate tag team partners. Rhodes left WWE after requesting his release in May 2016. Following his departure from WWE, Rhodes began wrestling on the independent circuit, also making several appearances in TNA; he wrestled under the shortened name Cody, due to WWE owning the Cody Rhodes name, until 2020 when WWE surrendered their trademark. In the time frame spanning from early 2016 to early 2017, he competed at WWE's WrestleMania, ROH's Final Battle, and NJPW's Wrestle Kingdom events, as well as appearing for Impact Wrestling at Bound for Glory. In September 2017, Rhodes wrestled in ROH, where he became a one-time ROH World Champion. He would later become a one-time IWGP US Heavyweight Champion and a one-time ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion (with The Young Bucks). In September 2018, he won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (due to ROH's partnership with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA)), with he and Dusty becoming the first father and son to win the title. All totaled between WWE, AEW, NWA, ROH, and NJPW, Rhodes has held 15 championships, including two world titles, and in late summer 2018 held the NWA World, IWGP U.S., and ROH Six-Man titles simultaneously. In January 2019, Rhodes was unveiled as an executive vice president of the newly formed AEW, where he would also serve as a wrestler. During his run in AEW, he became the inaugural holder of the AEW TNT Championship in May 2020, and would win the championship a record three times. After failing to negotiate a new contract, Rhodes relinquished his position as an EVP and he and his wife departed AEW in February 2022. He returned to WWE at WrestleMania 38 that April.
Colby Daniel Lopez is an American professional wrestler, signed to WWE under the ring name Seth Rollins. He was one-third of the stable The Shield, former WWE Tag Team Champions with Shield member Roman Reigns, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and was the inaugural NXT Champion. Lopez previously performed under the ring name Tyler Black. Lopez also was a former FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion, FCW 15 Champion and FCW Florida Tag Team Champion with Richie Steamboat and is the first FCW Grand Slam Champion, the most decorated FCW star in its history. He first gained notoriety in Ring of Honor, where he is a former ROH World Champion. He has competed in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (where he is a former World Tag Team Champion), Scott County Wrestling, AAW: Professional Wrestling Redefined, Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South, the National Wrestling Alliance, and Wrestling Society X. In several promotions, Black was the tag team partner of Jimmy Jacobs, with the team known as Doin' It For Her. He was once a member of The Age of the Fall along with Jacobs, and several other wrestlers.
Randal Keith Orton is an American professional wrestler and actor. Widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time he is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand and is one half of the current Raw Tag Team Champions with Riddle in their second reign. Orton is a third generation professional wrestler; his grandfather Bob Orton, father Bob Orton Jr., and uncle Barry Orton were all wrestlers. Before being signed by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE), he trained in and wrestled for the Mid-Missouri Wrestling Association and Southern Illinois Conference Wrestling. He was then signed by the WWF and was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where he held the OVW Hardcore Championship twice. He became a member of the stable Evolution shortly after his WWE debut, which quickly led to an Intercontinental Championship reign, his first championship with the company. He also acquired the moniker "The Legend Killer" during a storyline where he began disrespecting and then physically attacking WWE Hall of Famers and wrestling veterans. At the age of 24, Orton became the youngest world champion in WWE history after he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. With this win, he departed from Evolution and a feud with his former stablemates began. In 2006, Orton joined forces with Edge in a tag team known as Rated-RKO. Together, they held the World Tag Team Championship. After Rated-RKO disbanded in mid-2007, Orton gained two WWE Championship reigns in one night, becoming the second youngest two-time WWE Champion at the age of 27. He formed the group The Legacy with Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr. in 2008. They disbanded in 2010, and Orton returned to singles competition. Following his match at the 2021 Survivor Series, he broke Kane's record for wrestling the most PPV matches in WWE history.
Joshua Samuel Fatu (born August 22, 1985) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Jey Uso. He is a member of the renowned Anoaʻi family of Samoan professional wrestlers.
Trained since childhood by his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, Fatu debuted in WWE's then-developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) in 2010, and wrestled as Jules Uso alongside his twin brother, Jimmy, as The Usos, where they became FCW Florida Tag Team Champions. They were moved to the main roster later that year. While on the main roster, they have been managed by their cousin Tamina Snuka, and Jimmy's wife, Naomi.[7] From July 2021 to June 2023, he was part of the villainous stable The Bloodline with his first cousin once removed and group leader Roman Reigns and his brothers Jimmy and Solo Sikoa.
During his time as part of The Usos, Fatu won the award of holding the record for the longest male tag team championship reign in WWE history at 622 days, which was accomplished in their fifth reign with the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship.[8] They are overall eight-time tag team champions in WWE, capturing the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship three times and winning the Slammy Award for Tag Team of the Year in both 2014 and 2015. In 2017, they won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship on three occasions, followed by a fourth reign in 2019 and a fifth reign in 2021. They are the first team to win both the Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Championships and the first team to hold them simultaneously as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.
As a singles professional wrestler, Fatu has won the 2020 Feud of the Year category for his feud with Roman Reigns by the CBS Sports and has won the 2021 André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.[9][10] He would later win the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship with Cody Rhodes, marking his fourth reign with the Raw Tag Team Championship and sixth reign with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. In 2024, he won the Intercontinental Championship, the first singles title of his career.
Rami Sebei (Arabic: رامي سبعي) is a Canadian professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Sami Zayn. Prior to joining WWE, Sebei wrestled for Ring of Honor under the ring name El Generico, using the character of a luchador from Mexico with the catchphrase "Olé!" He wrestled while masked from his debut in 2002 until 2013. Upon signing with WWE, he began wrestling without a mask and became a one-time world champion in the company by winning the NXT Championship. Sebei achieved much success in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) as a two-time PWG World Champion and five-time World Tag Team Champion. He is the only person to have won both of PWG's annual tournaments, the Dynamite Duumvirate Tag Team Title Tournament in 2010 and the Battle of Los Angeles in 2011. He has also held the ROH World Television Championship and the ROH World Tag Team Championship as part of a team with Kevin Steen, with whom he later earned the 2010 Feud of the Year award from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Andrew McLean Galloway IV is a Scottish professional wrestler. He is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Drew McIntyre. He is a one-time Intercontinental Champion and two-time WWE Tag Team Champion. Gutiérrez is a third-generation professional wrestler, after his father Rey Mysterio and great-uncle Rey Misterio Sr. He has been around wrestling for the majority of his life, thanks to attending WWE events as a child to see his father. He had his first direct involvement when he was 8 years old in 2005, which was a storyline in which his father battled Eddie Guerrero over his legal custody. He then began training in 2017 and later started appearing with his father on WWE television in 2019. The following year, he began a feud with Seth Rollins, which culminated in his debut match at that year's SummerSlam in a losing effort. Dragon Lee (II) is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) portraying a tecnico ("Good guy") wrestling character. Dragon Lee's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans.

Michael "Mike" Gregory Mizanin is an American professional wrestler, reality television star, media personality, and actor better known by his nickname and ring name The Miz. He is currently signed to WWE where he is the reigning Intercontinental Champion. Mizanin first gained fame as a cast member on MTV's The Real World: Back to New York, which first aired in 2001, and its spinoff series, Real World/Road Rules Challenge. He later entered the fourth season of Tough Enough, a televised competition that would award the winner a WWE contract, and became the first runner-up. Phillip Jack Brooks, better known by the ring name CM Punk, is an American professional wrestler, sports commentator, actor, and retired mixed martial artist, currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) as a wrestler and to Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) as a commentator. In wrestling, he is best known for his time in WWE, where his 434-day reign as WWE Champion stands as the sixth-longest in title history.
Brooks began his professional wrestling career in 1999 on the independent circuit, mainly with Ring of Honor (ROH), winning the ROH World Championship once. He signed WWE in 2005, and won the WWE Championship twice, the World Heavyweight Championship three times, and the Intercontinental Championship and the ECW World Heavyweight Championship once each. Brooks also won the World Tag Team Championship, becoming WWE's 19th Triple Crown Champion; the fastest wrestler to achieve this feat, in 203 days. He is also the only back-to-back Money in the Bank winner, has headlined several WWE pay-per-view events, won Superstar of the Year at the 2011 Slammy Awards, and was voted Wrestler of the Year in 2011 and 2012 by readers of Pro Wrestling Illustrated. After becoming disillusioned with WWE, Brooks acrimoniously departed the company and retired from professional wrestling in the wrestling 2014 year.
Brooks has used the CM Punk moniker for his entire professional wrestling career, and his character has been consistently portrayed as outspoken, confrontational, sharp-tongued, anti-establishment, straight edge, and iconoclastic, most of which are inspired by his real-life views and personality. Depending on his alignment as a hero or villain, Brooks has emphasized different aspects of the straight edge lifestyle to garner the desired audience reaction.
After retiring from professional wrestling, Brooks pursued a career as a mixed martial artist, and he signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Viper made her debut in wrestling in 2008. She was trained by local wrestling mentor Damian O'Connor and Mikey Whiplash. In 2009, Viper made her first professional appearance for Scottish Wrestling Alliance. Since then, Viper has competed for the SWA, Pro Wrestling EVE, and Insane Championship Wrestling: Fierce Females WCPW and in the WWE as part of the Mae Young Classic. She also worked matches in France.

TNA British Bootcamp (2014)
During October 20, 2014, Viper participated in the TNA British Boot Camp, competing with fellow UK wrestlers Nikki Storm, El Ligero, Noam Dar, Mark Andrews, Kay Lee Ray, Rampage Brown and Kris Travis. The contest was eventually won by Mark Andrews.

WWE Mae Young Classic (2017)
Benson was among several female wrestlers from around the world to participate in the 2017 WWE Mae Young Classic. She made her WWE debut under the ring name Piper Niven. On July 13, she advanced in the first round after eliminating Santana Garrett. The following night on July 14, Niven advanced in the second round after defeating Serena Deeb. During the third round held on that same night, Niven was eliminated by Toni Storm.
Ronnie Aaron Killings is an American professional wrestler and rapper, best known by his ring name, R-Truth, who is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Since working for the company, he has been a United States Champion, WWE Tag Team Champion, 24/7 Champion, and a Hardcore Champion (under the ring name K-Kwik). Killings has also worked for Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling, where he became the first African-American NWA World Heavyweight Champion. In addition to that, Ron's been an NWA World Tag Team Champion and a TNA World Tag Team Champion.
