Daughter of Hungarian immigrants in Canada, a symphony conductor and an opera singer, her career spanning the early 80s to present day. She has appeared in many productions, including All My Children, The Practice, NYPD Blue, ER, Meet the Fockers, Desperate Housewives and Las Vegas. She currently plays Russian First Lady Anya Suvarov on 24. Starred in the 2008 film The House Bunny. Valerie Loo is a US-based, Singaporean actress best known for her debut television role as 'Nicole' on Hulu's American Horror Stories. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Valerie was born and raised in Singapore, before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2013, where she attended Arizona State University. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and did oncology research at the ASU Institute of Biodesign. Prior to coming to the US, Valerie took part in the fourth season of a nationally televised singing competition in Singapore, 'Campus Superstar', and finished at 7th place during the Live Shows. While attending graduate school in 2018, she was scouted by a local modeling agency in Phoenix, which led her to move to Los Angeles in 2019.
