After winning over the staff and students of Milford High School, chemistry teacher Richard Martinez aka Bianca Del Rio sent her nemesis Vice Principal Deborah “Debbie” Ward to jail in a flawlessly executed plan. When Debbie is released from jail, she conjures up a scheme to do away with Bianca Del Rio once and for all, by luring her on a dangerous journey to Russia to accept a teaching award and cash prize.

Roy R. Haylock, better known by the stage name Bianca Del Rio, is an American drag queen, comedian, actor, and costume designer. Best known for winning the sixth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Bianca appeared in several films, such as Hurricane Bianca and Hurricane Bianca: From Russia with Hate.
Rachel Susan Dratch is an American comedian, actress, voice actress, and writer, best known as a cast member of the television show "Saturday Night Live" from 1999 to 2006.
She has since occasionally returned to SNL as a guest portraying Senator Amy Klobuchar. Other television credits include The King of Queens, Monk, and 30 Rock. She has also played the recurring role of Wanda Jo Oliver on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.
She appeared in films including Down With Love (2003), Click (2006), I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry (2007), My Life in Ruins (2009), Just Go with It (2011), That's My Boy (2012), Sisters (2015), and starred in Wine Country (2019) and A Clusterfünke Christmas (2021).
In 2022, Dratch made her Broadway stage debut in POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive for which she earned a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play nomination. In 2012 she published her autobiographical book Girl Walks Into a Bar...: Comedy Calamities, Dating Disasters, and a Midlife Miracle.

Cheyenne Jackson (born July 12, 1975) is an American actor and singer. He started in regional theater when he moved to Seattle, and after moving to New York City, made his 2002 Broadway theatre debut understudying both male leads in the Tony Award-winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. In 2005, he originated his first Broadway leading role in All Shook Up earning him a Theatre World Award for "Outstanding Broadway Debut".
In films, Jackson portrayed 9/11 victim and hero Mark Bingham in the 2006 Academy Award nominated United 93 which earned him the Boston Society of Film Critics 2006 award for "Best Ensemble Cast". She attended California State University, Fresno, where she set records for shot put. Jones is also a 15-time world arm wrestling champion. She was a recurring guest star starting in the second season of the musical television series Glee as Coach Beiste, and appeared through the show's sixth and final season, when she was promoted to starring status. She was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series in 2011, 2012, and 2013 for her portrayal of Coach Beiste. She is also known for her roles as Coach Kelly in Lizzie McGuire and Butch Brenda in Material Girls.
