Michael Fassbender (born April 2, 1977) is a German-Irish actor. He is the recipient of various accolades, including nominations for two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards. In 2020, he was listed at number nine on The Irish Times list of Ireland's greatest film actors.
Born in Germany to a mother from Northern Ireland and a German father, Fassbender moved to Ireland at age two. He made his feature film debut in 300 (2006). Early roles include in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers (2001) and the Sky One fantasy drama Hex (2004–2005). Fassbender first came to prominence playing Bobby Sandsin Hunger (2008), for which he won a British Independent Film Award. Subsequent roles include the 2009 films Fish Tank and Inglourious Basterds and the 2011 films Jane Eyre and A Dangerous Method. He gained mainstream success for playing Erik Lehnsherr/MMagneto in X-Men: First Class (2011), X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), and X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), and David 8 and Walter One in Prometheus (2012) and its sequel, Alien: Covenant (2017).
For his portrayal of a sex addict in Steve McQueen's drama Shame (2011), Fassbender won the Volpi Cup for Best Actor and was nominated for the Golden Globe and BAFTA Awards. His performance as Edwin Epps in 12 Years a Slave (2013) earned him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He also starred in The Counsellor (2013), Frank (2014), Macbeth, and Steve Jobs (both 2015). Fassbender received another Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of the title role in the latter. After a hiatus, he starred in the action thriller film The Killer (2023).
Fassbender began competing in auto racing in 2017 with the Ferrari Challenge. As of 2023, he races in the European Le Mans Series, driving for Proton Competition. He married Swedish actress Alicia Vikander in 2017.

Born and raised in Gothenburg, Vikander began acting as a child in minor stage productions at the Gothenburg opera house and trained as a ballet dancer at the Royal Swedish Ballet in Stockholm. She began her acting career in Swedish short films and television series and first gained recognition for her role in the drama series Andra Avenyn (2008–2010). She made her feature film debut in Pure (2010), for which she won the Guldbagge Award for Best Actress. Rachel Hannah Weisz (born March 7, 1970) is an English actress. She is the recipient of various accolades, including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, a Laurence Olivier Award, a Critics' Choice Award and a BAFTA Award.
Weisz began acting in British stage and television in the early 1990s, and made her film debut in Death Machine (1994). She won a Critics' Circle Theatre Award for her role in the 1994 revival of Noël Coward's play Design for Living and she went on to appear in the 1999 Donmar Warehouse production of Tennessee Williams' drama Suddenly, Last Summer. Weisz was engaged to filmmaker Darren Aronofsky, with whom she has a son, from 2005 to 2010. She married actor Daniel Craig in 2011, with whom she has a daughter, and became a naturalised US citizen the same year.

Jack Thompson, AM (born 31 August 1940) is an Australian actor and one of the major figures of Australian cinema. He was educated at the University of Queensland, before embarking on his acting career. In 2002, he was made an honorary member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS). He is best known as a lead actor in several acclaimed Australian films including such classics as Wake in Fright (1971), Sunday Too Far Away (1975), The Man from Snowy River (1982) and Breaker Morant (1980). He won Cannes and AFI acting awards for the latter film. He was the recipient of a Living Legend Award at the 2005 Inside Film Awards.

Caren was born and raised in Rustenberg, South Africa with her three older siblings. Her family immigrated to New Zealand when she was 12 where she began acting in high school theatre productions. She went on to study Art and Design at University, majoring in animation and illustration. After graduating she returned to theatre briefly and then began working in television and film.

Hayes received AFI and Film Critics Circle award nominations for best supporting actor in The Square (2009), and won for Look Both Ways (2005) and Suburban Mayhem (2006). He is a co-founder of Rogue Stars Productions with fellow actors Brendan Cowell and Leland Kean in 1999. Joel Edgerton nicknamed him "The King of Western Grit" during the shoorting of The Square, The moniker later became the name of a Facebook page, with a collection of movie posters with Hayes' face on them.

Marshall James Napier is a New Zealand actor. He is the father of actress Jessica Napier and the uncle of actor James Napier.
Before becoming an actor, Napier worked variously as an art student, factory worker and truck driver. In 1988, he moved with his wife and two children, Reuben and Jessica, to Australia, to pursue a career in acting, and has worked in theatre, film, and television productions. In his 40's, he began writing plays.
