Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch (born 19 July 1976) is an English actor. Known for his roles on the screen and stage, he has received various accolades throughout his career, including a Primetime Emmy Award, a British Academy Television Award, and a Laurence Olivier Award. Cumberbatch won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Play for Frankenstein and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for Sherlock. His performances in the dramas The Imitation Game (2014) and The Power of the Dog (2021) earned him nominations for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award, all for Best Actor in a Leading Role. For playing the title role in five-part drama miniseries Patrick Melrose, he won a BAFTA TV Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
In 2014 Time magazine included him in its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, and in 2015 he was appointed a CBE by Queen Elizabeth II in the 2015 Birthday Honours for services to the performing arts and to charity. A graduate of the Victoria University of Manchester, Cumberbatch continued his training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, obtaining a Master of Arts in Classical Acting. He first performed at the Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park in Shakespearean productions and made his West End debut in Richard Eyre's revival of Hedda Gabler in 2005. Una Stubbs (1 May 1937 – 12 August 2021) was an English actress and former dancer who has appeared extensively on British television and in the theatre, and less frequently in films. She was particularly known for her roles in the sitcom Till Death Us Do Part and Aunt Sally in the children's series Worzel Gummidge.

Rupert S. Graves (born 30 June 1963) is an English film, television, and theatre actor. He is known for his roles in A Room with a View (1985), Maurice (1987), The Madness of King George (1984), and The Forsyte Saga (2002). Since 2010, he has starred as DI Lestrade in the BBC television series Sherlock.
Graves first came to prominence in costume-drama adaptations of E. M. Forster's novels A Room with a View (1985), and Maurice (1987), before going on to appear in films including A Handful of Dust (1988), The Madness of King George (1994), Different for Girls (1996), and Intimate Relations (1996). Graves's role in Intimate Relations won him the Best Actor award at the 1996 Montreal World Film Festival. He was also acclaimed for his portrayal of Young Jolyon Forsyte in the television miniseries The Forsyte Saga.

Mark Gatiss is an English actor, comedian, screenwriter and novelist. He is known as a member of the comedy team The League of Gentlemen alongside Reece Shearsmith, Steve Pemberton and co-writer Jeremy Dyson, and has both written for and acted in the TV series Doctor Who and Sherlock, the latter of which he also co-created.
Andrew Scott (born October 21, 1976) is an Irish actor. He made his first appearance on television in an advertisement for a brand of porridge at the age of 6. He received the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Performance in an Affiliated Theater for the play A Girl in a Car with a Man at Jerwood Theater Upstairs and the Irish Film and Television Award for Best Actor for the film Dead Bodies. He is best known for his role as Lieutenant Leslie in 1917 (2019) and Adam in All of us Strangers (2023). For the latter, he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor.
In November 2013, he announced that he was gay. Scott was ranked at No. 22 on The Independent's Rainbow List 2014.

Tim McInnerny ( born 18 September 1956) is an English actor. He is known for his role as Percy in Blackadder and Blackadder II, and as Captain Darling in Blackadder Goes Forth; he did not reprise his role as Percy in Blackadder the Third due to a fear of being typecast. A guest appearance in series three, however, makes him the only person other than Rowan Atkinson and Tony Robinson to appear in all four series of Blackadder and also appearing in the one-off special Blackadder: Back & Forth. He has also appeared in Spooks and the Doctor Who story "Planet of the Ood".
