Antonia Eugenia "Nia" Vardalos (born September 24, 1962) is a Canadian-American actress, screenwriter, director, and producer. Her most notable work is the 2002 film My Big Fat Greek Wedding, which garnered her nominations for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay, and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical. She's also known for starring in the sequel My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, and the TV series My Big Fat Greek Life.
She starred in the films Connie and Carla, My Life in Ruins, I Hate Valentine's Day, and Helicopter Mom. She starred on TV as Domino in Team Knight Rider and as Annie Spiro in Graves. She hosted The Great American Baking Show along with her then husband, actor Ian Gómez.

John Joseph Corbett, Jr. (born May 9, 1961) is an American actor and country music singer. He is best-known for playing Chris Stevens on Northern Exposure from 1990 to 1995 and Aidan, Carrie Bradshaw's boyfriend, on Sex and the City. He also played the leading male role opposite Nia Vardalos in Vardalos's hit film, My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002). He currently stars in United States of Tara as Max Gregson, and appears on NBC dramedy Parenthood as Seth Holt.

Michael Constantine (born Gus Efstratiou (Ευστρατίου); May 22, 1927 – August 31, 2021) was an American actor. He is most widely recognized for his portrayal of Kostas "Gus" Portokalos, the Windex bottle-toting Greek father of Toula Portokalos (Nia Vardalos), in the film My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002).
Earlier, he earned acclaim for his television work, especially as the long-suffering high school principal, Seymour Kaufman, on ABC's comedy-drama, Room 222, for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 1970; he was again recognized by the Emmy Awards, as well as the Golden Globe Awards, the following year. After the conclusion of Room 222, Constantine portrayed night court magistrate Matthew J. Sirota on the 1976 sitcom Sirota's Court, receiving his second Golden Globe nomination. Constantine reprised his role as Gus Portokalos in My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 (2016).

Louis Mandylor (born 13 September 1966) is an Australian film and television actor.Mandylor has enjoyed success in US television shows, such as a prominent guest appearance on Relic Hunter with Tia Carrere. Louis is probably most famous for his role in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Other major roles include playing Louis Malone in Martial Law alongside Sammo Hung. However, the show only lasted two seasons, with Mandylor being dropped at the end of its first season. Mandylor appeared in the sitcom Friends, pretending to be Joey's twin in "The One With Unagi". Additionally, he appeared in the third season of CSI: Miami as a robber/killer. He and his brother Costas have acted alongside each other in the Charmed episode "Saving Private Leo" and a short movie written and produced by Louis entitled My Brother Cicero. Louis portrayed Deputy Lloyd in the Syfy thriller film The Cursed, he stars alongside his brother Costas. One of his more popular roles was that of Bobby DeLuca in the cult-classic Suckers, where he plays a good-guy turned car salesman.
Alexander Draper Wolff (born November 1, 1997) is an American actor and musician. He first gained recognition for starring alongside his older brother Nat in the Nickelodeon musical comedy series The Naked Brothers Band (2007–09), which was created by the boys' mother Polly Draper. Wolff and his brother released two soundtrack albums for the series, The Naked Brothers Band and I Don't Want to Go to School, which were co-produced by their father Michael Wolff. Subsequent to the conclusion of the Nickelodeon series, Wolff and his older brother also formed a duo called Nat & Alex Wolff, and they released the album Black Sheep in 2011. Later on, Wolff began focusing his career on further acting roles. He portrayed Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in Patriots Day (2016) and John "Derf" Backderf in My Friend Dahmer (2017). Robert A. Riggle Jr. (born April 21, 1970) is an American comedian, actor and retired United States Marine Corps Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. Riggle has amassed many notable television credits and has also earned roles in several feature films, including Le Lorax (2012) and 21 Jump Street (2012). After graduating from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Theater and Film, Riggle joined the Marines and earned a Master's degree from Webster University in Public Administration. Mark Margolis (November 26, 1939 – August 3, 2023) was an American actor, who had been making films since 1976.
Margolis went to Temple University briefly before moving to New York City, where he studied drama with Stella Adler and at the Actors Studio. He was perhaps most famous for his supporting roles in Scarface and the films of Darren Aronofsky: π, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler, and Black Swan. Aronofsky wrote the role of Father Avila in The Fountain specifically for Margolis.
He had recurring roles on numerous TV shows, including The Equalizer, HBO's Oz, Law And Order, Crossing Jordan and most recently Showtime's Californication and Breaking Bad. He also appeared in a first season episode of Quantum Leap.
In 1991, he also played Helmut Dieter in soap opera Santa Barbara.

He first gained recognition for his contract role as Blackie Parrish on the ABC television soap opera General Hospital, for which he was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He is known for his work in television, especially in his starring role as Jesse Katsopolis on the ABC sitcom Full House.
