Stan Lee (born Stanley Martin Lieber /ˈliːbər/; December 28, 1922–November 12, 2018) was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer. He rose through the ranks of a family-run business called Timely Comics, which later became Marvel Comics. He was Marvel's primary creative leader for two decades, expanding it from a small publishing house division to a multimedia corporation that dominated the comics and film industries. In collaboration with others at Marvel—particularly co-writers and artists Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko—he co-created iconic characters, including Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, Ant-Man, the Wasp, the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, Daredevil, Doctor Strange, the Scarlet Witch, and Black Widow. These and other characters' introductions in the 1960s pioneered a more naturalistic approach in superhero comics. In the 1970s, Lee challenged the restrictions of the Comics Code Authority, indirectly leading to changes in its policies. In the 1980s, he pursued the development of Marvel properties in other media, with mixed results. Following his retirement from Marvel in the 1990s, Lee remained a public figurehead for the company. He frequently made cameo appearances in films and television shows based on Marvel properties, on which he received an executive producer credit, which allowed him to become the person with the highest-grossing film total ever. He continued independent creative ventures until his death, aged 95, in 2018. Robert Clark Gregg Jr. (born April 2, 1962) is an American actor, director, and screenwriter. He is best known for portraying Phil Coulson in films and television series set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe from 2008 to 2021. Hayley Elizabeth Atwell (born 5 April 1982) is a British and American actress. After appearing in various West End productions, Atwell gained popularity for her roles in period dramas, appearing in the films Brideshead Revisited (2008), The Duchess (2008), and the miniseries The Pillars of the Earth (2010); for the latter two, she was nominated for a British Independent Film Award and a Golden Globe Award, respectively. Chloe Bennet (born Chloe Wang on April 18, 1992), is an American actress and singer. She is starring as the superhero Daisy Johnson aka Quake in the ABC series Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Bennet was born on April 18, 1992, in Chicago, Illinois, to a Chinese father and a Jewish-American mother. She moved to Beijing, China to pursue a singing career. While she was there, she studied Mandarin, learned the demands of international pop stardom and released her debut single "Uh Oh" in both English and Mandarin, followed by "Every Day In Between" solely in English. She then moved to Los Angeles, California. She appeared in the 2011 music video for "Tonight", by Korean band Big Bang. From 2012 to 2013 Bennet played a recurring supporting role in the ABC drama series Nashville as Hailey, and previously hosted the TeenNick show The Nightlife.  In December 2012, Bennet was cast as a series regular on the ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which premiered on September 24, 2013.  She plays Skye (later changed name to Daisy Johnson), a hacktivist member of the secret organization The Rising Tide, who has been brought into S.H.I.E.L.D. and becomes the superhero Quake. Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13, 1981) is an American actor. He began his career with roles in television series, such as in Opposite Sex in 2000. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie, he gained attention for his portrayal of Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four, and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans made further appearances in film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels: TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), and Snowpiercer (2013). He gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films, namely Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), and Captain America: Civil War (2016), and the ensemble films The Avengers (2012), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and Avengers: Endgame (2019). Joseph "Jeph" Loeb III (/loʊb/) is an American film and television writer, producer and comic book writer. Loeb was a producer/writer on the TV series Smallville and Lost, writer for the films Commando and Teen Wolf, and a writer and co-executive producer on the NBC TV show Heroes from its premiere in 2006 to November 2008. Louis D'Esposito is an American film producer and director who is known for executive producing every Marvel Cinematic Universe film with the exception of The Incredible Hulk (2008). He also directed two Marvel One-Shots: Item 47 and Agent Carter, the latter of which inspired a spin-off TV show on ABC. D'Esposito currently serves as Marvel Studios' co-president alongside Kevin Feige.

Roy William Thomas Jr. (born November 22, 1940) is an American comic book writer and editor, who was Stan Lee's first successor as editor-in-chief of Marvel Comics. He is possibly best known for introducing the pulp magazine hero Conan the Barbarian to American comics, with a series that added to the storyline of Robert E. Howard's character and helped launch a sword and sorcery trend in comics. Thomas is also known for his championing of Golden Age comic-book heroes – particularly the 1940s superhero team the Justice Society of America – and for lengthy writing stints on Marvel's X-Men and The Avengers, and DC Comics' All-Star Squadron, among other titles. Todd McFarlane (born March 16, 1961) is an Canadian cartoonist, writer, toy designer and entrepreneur, best known for his work in comic books, such as the fantasy series Spawn. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, McFarlane became a comic book superstar due to his work on Marvel Comics' Spider-Man franchise. In 1992, he helped form Image Comics, pulling the occult anti-hero character Spawn from his high school portfolio and updating him for the 1990s. McFeely and Markus were the second and the third most successful screenwriters of all time in terms of U.S. box office receipts with a shared total gross of over $3.1 billion. However, in overall, they are the highest grossing screenwriters altogether in terms of worldwide box office with the total gross of $9.3 billion. They gained worldwide recognition for their works that include The Chronicles of Narnia film franchise and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), having written the first three Captain America films (The First Avenger, The Winter Soldier and Civil War), in addition to Thor: The Dark World, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, which is currently the second highest-grossing film of all time unadjusted for inflation. Mark Millar MBE (born 24 December 1969) is a Scottish comic book writer, known for his work on The Authority, The Ultimates, Marvel Knights Spider-Man, Ultimate Fantastic Four, Civil War, The Secret Service, Wanted, Chrononauts, Superior and Kick-Ass, the latter six of which have been, or will be, adapted into feature films. For his work Millar has been nominated for four Eisner Awards and two Eagle Awards, and in June 2013 he was recognized by Queen Elizabeth II as a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to film and literature.
