A group of miscreant doctors has been sentenced to prison at the hospital they destroyed. Each physician crazier than the next, they could be topped by the physically-handicapped warden and guards who oversee them. Political correctness ignored, this madcap movie sets a new standard (or lack thereof) for film comedy.
