Robert Douglas Thomas Pattinson (born 13 May 1986) is an English actor. He has received accolades throughout his career spanning five decades, including an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Grammy Award, and two Golden Globe Awards, as well as nominations for four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Laurence Olivier Awards. He plays the role of Janus Ferber on the series The Recruit. He attended the Valley Forge Military Academy in Pennsylvania, the Queen's University in Ontario, and the George Brown Theater School in Toronto.
