Daniel Donald MacPherson (born 25 April 1980) is an Australian actor and television presenter, best known for his roles as Joel Samuels in Neighbours, Sergeant Samuel Wyatt in Sky and Cinemax's Strike Back, Whit Carmichael in the Shane Abbess sci-fi film Infini, and Arion Elessedil in The Shannara Chronicles. He has also co-hosted Dancing with the Stars for six years while simultaneously starring in a number of Australians dramas such as Wild Boys. MacPherson has a cameo role as Calvin's father in Ava DuVernay's A Wrinkle in Time.

Bren Foster (born 2, November 1976) is an Australian actor and martial artist. Best known for his lead in The Last Ship on TNT. Bren Foster holds black belts in taekwondo, hapkido, hwarangdo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

He has appeared in television series such as Days of Our Lives and Melissa & Joey, and films such as Cedar Boys and Force of Execution. Foster plays Max Rockatansky in the video game Mad Max. He attended Parramatta Marist High School in Westmead, Sydney, and once worked at the Winston Hills Hotel, and a short stint at Universal Magazines in North Ryde. Ford studied acting at The Actor's Pulse in Sydney, becoming one of the school's earliest graduates. He later returned to teach the Meisner technique when he was between film roles.
