In a Relationship is a spirited yet achingly tender look at modern love. Shot mockumentary style, this short film follows two young couples in opposite stages of romance: Matt and Willa, who have been hooking up for six days, and Owen and Abby, who are trying in vain to breathe new life into a five year relationship that is growing stale. It's an exploration of the grey areas of contemporary dating and how much we keep from the people we're closest to.

The daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, she made her film debut at age ten with a minor role in the dark comedy film Crazy in Alabama (1999) with her mother. Grant spent time as the lead singer of the Pittsburgh underground punk band CHRISTMAS OF TORTURE and then received a B.A. in theatre from THE UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS where he starred in the World Premiere of David Rabe's COSMOLOGIES. He ran theatre companies in both Philadelphia and New York City and studied acting with the legendary Joseph Chaikin.
