Seth joined This American Life as Production Manager in 2006. When he's not managing the tech and business sides of the show, he performs improv comedy and makes movies. Seth created and hosted the podcast festival Cast Party and directed the video of our 2014 live show This American Life: One Night Only at BAM.

Lauren Lapkus (born Dorthea Lauren Allegra Lapkus; September 6, 1985) is an American actress and comedian, known for portraying Susan Fischer in the Netflix comedy-drama series Orange Is the New Black (2013–2014, 2019) and Jess in the HBO comedy-drama series Crashing (2017–2019).
She has also appeared in the television series Are You There, Chelsea? (2012), Hot in Cleveland (2012), Clipped (2015), The Big Bang Theory (2018–2019), and Good Girls (2020–2021), and in the films Jurassic World (2015), The Unicorn (2018), and The Wrong Missy (2020). She played the voice role of Lotta in the animated comedy series Harvey Girls Forever! (2018–2020).
She has appeared on many podcasts, including Comedy Bang! Bang!, improv4humans, and her own podcast With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus.
Bobby grew up in Eastchester, New York, where he attended Eastchester Public Schools. He was actively engaged in art but was no stranger to the stage, starring in such Eastchester Youth Council productions of Fiddler on the Roof and the Producers.
He was a regular Cast member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2017, and a (relatively) functional member of society. You may remember Bobby dancing in black tights from SNL's spoof of Beyoncee's "Single Ladies", but he had prior experience dancing in Eastchester Jazz Co. in High School.
Sunita Mani is an actress, dancer, and comedian most commonly recognized for her gyrations in the viral music video "Turn Down for What" (dir. The Daniels) and as part of the Cocoon Central Dance Team. She also appears in "Don't Think Twice" as Amy, "Mr. Robot" as Trenton, and in the Netflix original series, G.L.O.W as Arthie. Sunita has also guest starred on network television shows including "Broad City" on Comedy Central, Search Party on TBS, and The Good Place on NBC.
Tallie Medel is an American actress, writer, dancer, choreographer, and comedienne, best known for her work in independent films. They graduated from Emerson College, Boston, MA, in 2008 with a degree in Acting and Theater Education, and is a co-founder of dance-comedy trio Cocoon Central Dance Team alongside Sunita Mani and Eleanore Pienta.
Eleanore Pienta is an American screen and stage actress, comedienne, dancer and filmmaker. Weaving in and out of the independent low-budget US film circuit, Pienta has carved out a niche for herself by portraying uncompromising and complex characters, her presence on screen is at once alluring albeit menacing.
