Nathan Kress (born November 18, 1992) is an American actor, director, and former child model. He is known around the world for his lead role on Nickelodeon's hit show "iCarly", Nathan plays Freddie Benson, Carly's smitten next-door neighbor and technical producer of her web show. Now that iCarly has ended its stellar run, Nathan is breaking out into feature films, as a lead in "Into the Storm", a Steve Quale tornado thriller for New Line Cinema, due to be released in August 2014.
Born in Glendale, California, Nathan began acting at the age of three and quickly landed a feature film role as the voice of Easy the Chimp in "Babe: Pig in the City". Arlen Alexander Escarpeta (born April 9, 1981) is a Belizean actor.
In 2004, Escarpeta earned critical acclaim for his breakout film role as an honor student caught with a handgun at school in the independent drama American Gun. The film, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, also starred Forrest Whitaker, Marcia Gay Harden and Donald Sutherland. The following year, he co-starred with Matthew McConaughey and Matthew Fox in McG's true-life drama We Are Marshall, about the aftermath of the 1970 plane crash that killed Marshall University's football team.
Escarpeta was more recently seen in David Wain's comedy, The Ten, which premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. He had earlier appeared in Carls Franklin's coutroom thriller High Crimes, starring Morgan Freeman and Ashely Judd.
Escarpeta first gained attention on the small screen when he starred in the NBC series American Dreams. He played Sam Walker, a young black man dealing with the changing times of the turbulent '60s. Scott was born in Los Angeles and spent a lot of his childhood with his parents on picket lines campaigning for local civil rights. His father was the executive director of the University of Southern California,Community Services Center, and his mother worked for Operation Breadbasket and other organizations dedicated to improving economic conditions of black communities. After studying electrical engineering for two years at USC, he sat in on a friends acting class, was immediately bitten by the bug and auditioned for USC's Bachelor of Fine Arts acting conservatory the next semester. Kron Moore grew up on the west side of Detroit. She has always been interested in the arts, particularly music. She began her performing career in grade school musicals and plays. In her teenage years, she was a member of several R&B/Soul groups before she branched out as an R&B/Pop soloist. She completed her solo album in 2002 and contributed lead and background vocals to several R&B, Gospel, Jazz and Hip-Hop artist's recordings.
