Tobolowsky was born on May 30, 1951, in Dallas, Texas. He studied geology at Southern Methodist University but switched to theater after being cast in a production of "The Crucible." He later attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with a degree in drama.
Tobolowsky began his acting career in the early 1980s, appearing in films such as The Philadelphia Experiment (1984), Nobody's Fool (1986), and Spaceballs (1987). He also had a recurring role on the television series Seinfeld (1989-1998).
Tobolowsky's breakthrough role came in 1993, when he played Ned Ryerson in the comedy Groundhog Day. His performance in the film was critically acclaimed, and he has since become one of the most recognizable character actors in Hollywood.

Franklin was born to father Howard Franklin, a screenwriter and director. His stepmother is DJ Anne Litt. Franklin attended high school at Campbell Hall School in Studio City, California. He graduated from New York University Tisch School of the Arts.

Ryan Hansen (born July 5, 1981) is an American actor, best known for having portrayed Dick Casablancas on Veronica Mars and Nolan in Friday the 13th. He also played Kyle on the Starz show Party Down. Hansen was born in Fountain Valley, California and raised in El Cajon, California, but has since moved with his wife Amy to L.A. Hansen began acting with guest starring roles on series such as Grounded for Life, That's So Raven, and Las Vegas. In 2004, Hansen auditioned for the role of Duncan Kane on Veronica Mars but lost out to Teddy Dunn. However, Rob Thomas told him to try out for the role of Dick Casablancas. He is set to play Ted Warner a new addition to the cast in the 4th Season of the popular television show House Of Cards.
