Kathleen Mary "Kathy" Griffin (born November 4, 1960) is an American actress, model, stand-up comedian, television personality, New York Times best-selling author and an LGBT rights advocate. Griffin first gained recognition for appearances on two episodes of Seinfeld, and then for her supporting role on the NBC sitcom Suddenly Susan. She was the star of the Bravo reality show Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, for which she won two Emmy Awards as executive producer. She has also worked as a voice artist and red carpet commentator, in addition to several other career pursuits. From 2008-2013 she was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album, winning in 2013. In her bid to win a Tony Award, she made her Broadway debut in Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony in March 2011.

Goldberg made her film debut in The Color Purple (1985) playing Celie, a mistreated black woman in the Deep South. Kathy Ann Najimy (born February 6, 1957) is an American actress, most notable as Olive Massery on the television series Veronica's Closet, Sister Mary Patrick in Sister Act and the voice of Peggy Hill on the animated television series King of the Hill. Prior to her film work, she was best known for two Off Broadway shows with Mo Gaffney working as the duo Kathy and Mo. One of the shows became an HBO comedy special and garnered Najimy her first nationwide fan base.

Kim N. Wayans is an American actress, comedian, producer, writer, and director. Wayans is the sister of Keenen Ivory, Damon Sr., Marlon, Shawn, and Nadia Wayans. She is best known for her numerous roles on the Fox sketch comedy show In Living Color, and Tonia Harris on In the House.
In film she appeared in I'm Gonna Git You Sucka and Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood (both directed by her brother Keenen) and had a starring role in the art film Talking About Sex and later co-starred in Juwanna Mann as Latisha Jansen. She starred with her siblings on the Fox variety show In Living Color and A Low Down Dirty Shame.

Rita Rudner is an American comedian, actress and writer. She began her career as a dancer, appearing in several Broadway musicals, but switched to stand up comedy at the age of 25 when she saw a gap in the market for female comedians in New York City. She became one of the premier American female comedians to come to success in the 1980s and '90s and at one point Rudner was working successfully both in her native America (with HBO specials and acclaimed appearances on The Tonight Show) and in the UK (with her own six part TV series for BBC2). In 1989 Rudner married her long term partner, the English producer Martin Bergman and together they have collaborated on numerous films, writing and producing Peter's Friends in 1992 which starred Kenneth Branagh, Fry and Laurie, Emma Thompson, Imelda Staunton and Rudner herself, and in Bergman's 1995 directorial debut A Month In The Country which she starred in alongside Jack Lemmon, Dudley Moore and Richard Lewis. Presently she has the longest running solo comedy show in Las Vegas history a twelve year run with over 2,000 shows and one and a half million tickets sold to date.

Judy Lynn Tenuta (born November 7, 1949 but with a claimed birthdate of 1965) was an American comedian, actress, and comedy musician. She was known for her whimsical and brash persona of "The Love Goddess," mixing insult comedy, observational humor, self-promotion, and bawdy onstage antics. Throughout her career, Tenuta built a niche but devoted following, particularly among members of the LGBTQ community. Tenuta wrote two comedy books and received two Grammy nominations for "Best Comedy Album".
