After a traumatic ordeal, acclaimed actress Emily Moore and her psychiatrist husband, Robert, escape on a relaxing vacation to a gorgeous remote Mediterranean island. But on the first night at the house, a young girl arrives, blood on her hands and hysterical from the death of her boyfriend in a hiking accident. Robert offers to take in and help the young girl, but her suggestive behavior makes Emily wonder if she might be a threat to their marriage... or her life.

Katia Winter (born 13 October 1983) is a Swedish-born actress. She moved to England at an early age and pursued a career in acting after studying film, screen acting and editing in London and Stockholm. She's best known for her roles as Katrina Crane in the FOX series Sleepy Hollow and Milla in the film The Killing Game.
She has gone on to star in a range of television and independent film roles including the British drama Unmade Beds (2009), directed by award-winning Alexis Dos Santos and Everywhere and Nowhere (2011) directed by Mejhad Huda. He became internationally known for his lead role as drug dealer Frank in Nicolas Winding Refn's 1996 directorial debut Pusher. Today he is best known as Konstantin in Phoebe Waller-Bridge's 2018 BBC America spy thriller TV series Killing Eve.
