Ximena Sariñana Rivera (born October 29, 1985 in Guadalajara, Mexico) is a Mexican singer and actress for film and television. She debuted in the cinema at the age of 9 in Hasta morir by her father Fernando Sariñana, then played young girl roles in telenovelas before returning to the big screen. She sings in the music group Feliz No cumpleaños ( Happy Birthday) who released the album La Familia Feliz in September 2006. Ximena sometimes participates in the soundtracks of the films in which she plays, such as Amar te duele and Amor Xtremo.
She has had the opportunity to collaborate with artists such as Jason Mraz, Miguel Bosé, Ana Torroja, Los Ángeles Azules, Natalia Lafourcade, Volován, Jarabe de Palo, among others and open for Coldplay, Sara Bareilles and Juanes. Arcelia Ramírez (born 7 December 1967) is a Mexican actress who appeared in over 50 films and television shows since 1985. At a young age she became interested in acting. She studied acting at the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT), from where she was prepared for several plays produced by the same institution, including La pasión de Pentesilea, La séptima morada, La noche de Hernán Cortés, Las mujeres sabias, Freda y otras griegas and Relaciones peligrosas.
