Deborah Jane Mailman, AM (born 14 July 1972) is an Aboriginal Australian television and film actress, and singer. She was the first Aboriginal actress to win the Australian Film Institute Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role, and has gone on to win four more both in television and film. The awards are now known as the AACTA Awards.
Born in Fremantle, Western Australia, he started appearing in various TV shows from the age of 12. He received a scholarship to study acting at John Curtin College of the Arts and was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts straight out of high school.
He was nominated for an Australian Film Institute Award for his lead performance in Jewboy, a film that screened in Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival and the Discovery Section at the Sundance Film Festival.
In 2007 he was invited to join the Sydney Theatre Company Actor's Company where he played Prince Hal in War of the Roses opposite Cate Blanchett. He received a Helpmann Award and a Sydney Theatre Award for this performance. His other STC credits include Riflemind which was directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Josef K in an adaption of The Trial.
In 2010 he played Richard III for the Melbourne Theatre Company. He received his second Helpmann Award and a Green Room Award for this performance. In 2011 he played Hamlet in a sellout season for the Melbourne Theatre Company.

Carlton has been a professional actor since the age of 14 and has appeared in many television series from Young Ramsay to A Country Practice, Home and away, Blue Heelers, Water Rats, Fireflies, McLeod's Daughters and All Saints.
In the mid-1990s, Carlton was living in Los Angeles. He accepted the role of continuity coordinator for an Australian film in Melbourne.
Carlton is also a professional speaker, who has worked as a master of ceremonies, compère, facilitator and motivational speaker.
Miranda Otto (born December 16, 1967) is an Australian actress. The daughter of actors Lindsay and Barry Otto and the sister of actress Gracie Otto, she began acting at age eighteen, and has performed in a variety of independent and major studio films.
Her first major film appearance was in the 1986 film Emma's War, in which she played a teenager who moves to Australia's bush country during World War II. In 1996, director Shirley Barrett cast Otto as a shy waitress in the film Love Serenade. She starred in the 1997 films Doing Time for Patsy Cline and The Well, for which earned her third Australian Film Institute nomination. Her next project was the romantic comedy Dead Letter Office (1998). The film was Otto's first with her father, Barry, who makes a brief appearance. She made her theatrical debut in the 1986 production of The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant for the Sydney Theatre Company.[28] Three more theatrical productions for the Sydney Theatre Company followed in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In 2002, she returned to the stage playing Nora Helmer in A Doll's House opposite her future husband Peter O'Brien.
