Sammy and Ray, leatherback turtles and friends forever, are enjoying an atoll's water and sand, shepherding new hatchlings Ricky and Ella out to sea. Suddenly, a poacher swoops in and ships them off to be part of a spectacular aquarium show for tourists in Dubai. The kingpin of the place, Big D the seahorse, enlists them in his plans for a great escape. But with their new friends Jimbo the bug-eyed blob fish and Lulu the snippy lobster, Annabel the sweet Octopus, and a whole family of penguins, Sammy and Ray hatch breakout plans of their own. That is when little Ricky and Ella arrive, determined to break in to rescue them. After a series of thrilling adventures and narrow escapes, our heroes head south to meet up with Shelly, Sammy's first and only love.

Kaitlyn Ashley Maher (born January 10, 2004) is an American child singer and actress born in Michigan, and raised in Ashburn, Virginia. In 2008, she reached the final ten on the third series of television talent show America's Got Talent; the youngest person to do so. Maher has since appeared live at The Great Kids Expo in Chantilly, Virginia, on October 25, 2008, a live broadcast of the 2008 lighting of the National Christmas Tree, on December 4, 2008 attended by President George W. Bush and over 7,000 guests, and the 2009 Cherry Blossom Festival on April 11, 2009. On October 3, 2009, Maher was the opening act of The Addi and Cassi Hempel Fund benefit. Maher has appeared in a Harris Teeter commercial airing during December, 2008. She was also selected by Compassion International as its first ever Child Ambassador; visited children in El Salvador with Compassion, got to meet her sponsored child, and shot a music video to her title song "You Were Meant to Be."
Maher signed a recording deal late in 2009 with Indie Extreme for the release of her debut album You Were Meant To Be. The album was released December 1, 2009.
Maher appeared in the Disney direct to video movie Santa Buddies as the voice for the Yorkshire terrier character, Tiny, which was released on November 24, 2009. She plays the orphan Quinn in The Search for Santa Paws which continued the story which began with Santa Buddies. It was released as a direct to video on November 23, 2010.

Khary Payton (born May 16, 1972 in Augusta, Georgia) is an American actor and voice actor best known for playing Cyborg in the Teen Titans animated series and the upcoming Online video Game: DC Universe Online. In the cartoon series Justice League, Payton provided the voice of the villain Ten (from the Royal Flush Gang). He also provided the voice of Drebin in the game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
Currently, he appears on a recurring basis as Dr. Terrell Jackson on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital.

He is best known for his role as Deputy James Garcia on the Comedy Central series Reno 911!. Jeff Dunham (born April, 1962) is an American ventriloquist and stand-up comedian who has also appeared on numerous television shows, including Star Search, Late Show with David Letterman, Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show and Sonny With a Chance. He is familiar to Comedy Central audiences for his three specials on that network: Jeff Dunham: Arguing with Myself, Jeff Dunham: Spark of Insanity, and Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special. Dunham also starred in The Jeff Dunham Show for one season on the network in 2009.[1] His style has been described as "a dressed-down, more digestible version of Don Rickles with multiple personality disorder". Describing his characters, Time observes, "All of them are politically incorrect, gratuitously insulting and ill tempered." Dunham has been credited with reviving ventriloquism, and doing more to promote the art form than anyone since Edgar Bergen.
Dunham has been called "America's favorite comedian" by Slate.com, and according to the concert industry publication Pollstar, he is the top-grossing standup act in North America, and is among the most successful acts in Europe as well. April Stewart (aka Gracie Lazar) is an American voice actress. She is best known for providing the voices of several female characters on the animated cartoon TV series South Park alongside fellow voice actress Mona Marshall. Born and raised in Truckee, California, Stewart started acting at the age 12. Her father, Freddie Stewart, was a singer with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. In early 2008, April Stewart had her first child.
