Susan Johnston, OBE (née Wright; born 7 December 1943) is an English actress known for playing Sheila Grant in the Channel 4 soap opera Brookside (1982–1990), Barbara Royle in the BBC comedy The Royle Family (1998–2000, 2006, 2008–2010, 2012), Grace Foley in the BBC drama Waking the Dead (2000–2011), Gloria Price in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street (2012–2014) and Miss Denker in the ITV drama Downton Abbey (2014–2015). She won the 2000 British Comedy Award for Best TV Comedy Actress and was nominated for the 2000 BAFTA TV Award for Best Comedy Performance for The Royle Family.

He began his career in the ITV series Where the Heart Is. His stage credits include the premiere production of How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found with Sheffield Theatres. In 2009, Ash played the leading role of "Zakes Abbott" in the British horror film HUSH. Ash also has minor roles in programmes such as Coronation Street and has completed voice-over work for TV advertisements. He also appeared in Heartbeat back in 1992 where he played a cheeky school boy for one episode. He is currently playing Deputy Headteacher 'Chris Mead' in Waterloo Road. On 12th April 2011, Ash played a young Yuri Gagarin in the BBC Radio 4 Afternoon Play; Titatium, broadcast in honour of the 50th anniversary of the first manned flight into space. He prefers to be known as "Will". His second cousin is Peter Ash, who is also an actor.

Amrita Acharia (also spelled Acharya) is a Norwegian actress of Ukrainian and Nepalese background. Acharia was born in Nepal to a Nepalese father and Ukrainian mother. She grew up in Kathmandu, Ukraine, England and Tromsø. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English, in addition to learning Norwegian when she moved to Norway at age thirteen. After finishing high school in Norway, she moved to England at age nineteen to pursue her acting career. Acharia played the role of the Dothraki handmaiden Irri in the first two seasons of Game of Thrones. Her character was written out of the series during the second season, despite surviving far longer in the books upon which the series is based. In 2011, Acharia starred in the one off BBC Christmas show, Lapland.

Phillipson is best known in the English-speaking world for his portrayal of John F. Kennedy in the 2016 film Jackie. Although Phillipson appears in Jackie for only ten minutes, his resemblance to Kennedy has been considered unusually striking. Phillipson has subsequently portrayed Kennedy in a short film, in live performances of Kennedy's speeches, in the TV series Project Blue Book and in the 2022 film Blonde.
