Neighbors Spencer and Louise have bonded over their fascination with a recent string of murders terrorizing their community. When a new tenant named Victor moves into the building, all three quickly hit it off. However, they soon discover each has his or her own dark secret. As the violence outside mounts, the city retreats indoors for safety. But the more time these three neighbors spend together in their apartment building, the clearer it becomes that what they once thought of as a safe haven is as dangerous as any outside terrors they could imagine.

Emily Hampshire (born August 29, 1981 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian film and television actress. She is most widely known to international audiences for her role as Angelina to Sean Astin's Michael in the 1998 romantic comedy Boy Meets Girl, and Vivienne in the 2006 film Snow Cake, in which she starred opposite Sigourney Weaver and Alan Rickman.
Having been professionally active in the Canadian film and TV industry since 1996, Hampshire is also notable for her role as Siobhan Roy on Made in Canada. More recently, she has starred in the Canadian series This Space For Rent, Carl² and Northern Town. She also starred alongside Kevin Zegers and Samaire Armstrong in the 2006 romantic comedy It's a Boy/Girl Thing, in which she played the character Chanel. Gary Dale Farmer (born June 12, 1953) is a versatile and esteemed Canadian actor known for his compelling performances on screen. Xavier Dolan-Tadros CQ CM (born 20 March 1989) is a Canadian filmmaker and actor. He began his career as a child actor in commercials before directing several arthouse feature films. Since 2009, he has written and directed eight feature films, all of which have premiered at Cannes, with the exception of Tom at the Farm—which premiered at the 70th Venice International Film Festival in 2013—and his first English-language film, The Death & Life of John F.
