Morgan Freeman (born June 1, 1937) is an American actor, director, and narrator. Noted for his distinctive deep voice, Freeman is known for his various roles in a wide variety of film genres. Throughout his career spanning over five decades, he has received multiple accolades, including an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Freeman was raised in Mississippi where he began acting in school plays. He studied theatre arts in Los Angeles and appeared in stage productions in his early career. He rose to fame in the 1970s for his role in the children's television series The Electric Company. Freeman then appeared in the Shakespearean plays Coriolanus and Julius Caesar, the former of which earned him an Obie Award. Louis Minnaar is a South African actor best known for his television roles as Wynand de Kock in the SABC2 drama series Erfsondes and as Pieter Terre'Blanche in the SABC3 drama-turned-telenovela High Rollers.
He studied for a National Diploma: Performing Arts at Pretoria Technikon from 1979 to 1982, whereupon he landed a one-year contract at the now-defunct performing arts council PACOFS, where he played a number of roles in repertory theatre in 1983.

Robin B. Smith is a South African former wrestling manager and actor. He is most famous for participating in the 2009 film Invictus. He was known in the WWF as the Commandant, who managed the South African Truth Commission for a short time in 1997.
Born in South Africa, his film career started in 1987 in the film Scavengers. He appeared in many South African movies throughout the late 1980s to the 2000s.
Wrestling career
Smith became a manager in professional wrestling in early 1997. Bret Hart visited South Africa and met Smith. Hart recommended him for a role in the World Wrestling Federation, however he never fought as a wrestler. Smith made his wrestling debut in Tennessee in the US Wrestling Association (USWA). He wrestled under the name Commandant, and managed a group of wrestlers including "Interrogator", "Tank" and "Recon" as the "Truth and Reconciliation Commission".
This tea won the USWA Tag Team Championship three times. In June 1997, the Truth Commission made their WWF debut. Smith made promos on WWF about the Truth Commission and attacking the United States for not having discipline. He was hated by the fans. "Sniper" replaced "Tank" on the commission. He was interviewed by Sunny, but scared her by yelling at her. During the summer of 1997 the group lost only to "Legion of Doom". In September, Smith was replaced by Don Callis, the "Jackyl"; the WWF wanted someone who could participate physically in the matches. Smith returned to South Africa, ending his wrestling career.

Smith appeared in 2006's The Fall, a film about Los Angeles based in the 1920s. In 2009 he played Johan De Villers in Invictus, about a South Africa rugby team fighting to win the 1995 Rugby World Cup.

His family moved to South Africa when Kirkwood was young. The son of a poet and an art teacher, he was exposed to literature and the arts from an early age and fell in love with acting in his school years. He studied drama at high school and at Johannesburg's Wits University, and started working in theatre immediately thereafter. He made an award-winning debut at Johannesburg's Market Theatre as Billy the Kid and followed that up by award-nominated performances in other theatre productions in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, and winning another award as Biff Loman in Miller's Death of a Salesman. He had two children, Willow and Phoenix with former Calvin Klein model Josie Borain. He lives in Cape Town and works primarily in film and television, but still finds time for theatre and also works as a voice-artist. Bjorn Jorg Walter Steinbach hails from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He graduated from Grey High School in 2002 and then in 2003 attended school at the University of Cape Town to study psychology. In 2005, he was on Fear Factor: South Africa. He left UCT and enrolled in City Varsity in 2006 to pursue acting. He also enrolled in the summer program at the Esper Studio in New York in 2008. His first project was a short film called Small Killing (2008) that was filmed and aired in South Africa. Bjorn got his first U.S. break on a project called Generation Kill (2008), an HBO original 7 part mini-series about the 1st Recon Marine Battallion that was sent in during the first phase of the war in Iraq. He portrayed Cpl. Michael Stinetorf in all 7 episodes. Since then he has worked on the made for TV movie, Natalie Holloway (2009) which aired on USA, and The Philanthropist (2009) which aired on NBC.
