In this rethinking of Rabindranath Tagore's novel Shesher Kabita, filmmaker Rajarshi (Saheb Chatterjee) travels to Kolkata before directing his next movie. There, he encounters his past in the form of his former girlfriend, Indrajeet (Tota Roy Chowdhury), and teacher Brishti (Rituparna Sengupta). The Indian drama weaves the trio's past and present with the characters in Rajarshi's upcoming film. Subhrajit Mitra directs.

Saheb Chatterjee
Shaheb Chatterjee, also known as Shaheb Chattopadhyay, is a Bengali Indian male actor and singer of Tollywood Bangla and Bengali television. He is an alumnus of Dakshinee, the Rabindrasangeet institution of Kolkata. He is noted for his acting and singing, especially in Tagore songs or Rabindra Sangeet, and various cinemas of Tollywood Bangla. He appears in the Bengali TV serial Goyenda Ginni, which aired on Zee Bangla, as the husband of the protagonist Parama Mitra, Dr. Porimal Mitra, and as singer Sujon Kumar, in the serial Potol Kumar Ganwala, which is broadcast on Star Jalsha. He appeared as the king of Bhawal, O Tar Sannashi Rani, in the Bengali TV show, Sanyashi Raja, also broadcast on Star Jalsha. He participated in the reality show Dadagiri on December 30, 2017.
Tota Roy Chowdhury was born on July 9, 1976 in Calcutta, West Bengal, India as Pushparag Roy Choudhury. He is an actor and director, known for Kaththi (2014), Kahaani 2 (2016) and Choker Bali: A Passion Play (2003).
Rituparna was interested in the arts since a young age and learned painting, dancing, singing and handicrafts at a painting school, called Chitrangshu. She studied at Mount Carmel school, and later graduated in History from Lady Brabourne College. She began studying Modern History for an M.A. at University of Calcutta, but had to interrupt studies to concentrate on her career as an actress
