Hell-ephone tells the story of a prank gone horribly wrong. A group of college students, led by The Circuit Maker, a Svengali-like professor, make prank calls to funeral homes. After intently researching the obituaries, they try and convince whoever answers the call that they are the deceased calling from the great beyond.

Primarily known for his work in the horror and science fiction film genres, O'Rear has worked as an actor, stuntman, screenwriter, producer, and director for over 25 years. He is best known for his role in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) andTexas Chainsaw 3D (2013) as Grandpa Sawyer. He also did a cameo as a police man at the end of Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation(1994). Daniel Emery Taylor is an American film director, producer, writer, and actor. He began his acting career in the campy 80's cult classic The Return of Swamp Thing (1989). More roles followed but Daniel found his stride in the world of independent genre cinema, writing and directing such brutal offerings as It's Just A Game (2018) and Foxglove Candy (2023).
