Shirley MacLaine (born Shirley MacLean Beaty; April 24, 1934) is an American actress, singer, author, activist, and former dancer. Known for her portrayals of quirky, headstrong, and eccentric women, MacLaine has received numerous accolades throughout her career spanning seven decades, including an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, two British Academy Film Awards, and six Golden Globe Awards.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, MacLaine made her acting debut as a teenager with minor roles in the Broadway musicals Oklahoma! and The Pajama Game. Following minor appearances as an understudy in various other productions, MacLaine made her film debut with Alfred Hitchcock's black comedy The Trouble with Harry (1955), winning the Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year – Actress. She rose to prominence with starring roles in Around the World in 80 Days (1956), Some Came Running (1958), Ask Any Girl (1959), The Apartment (1960), The Children's Hour (1961), Two for the Seesaw (1962), Irma la Douce (1963), and Sweet Charity (1969). A six time Academy Award nominee, MacLaine won the Academy Award for Best Actress for the comedy-drama Terms of Endearment (1983). MacLaine has been the recipient of many honorary awards. She was awarded the AFI Life Achievement Award in 2012, Gala Tribute from the Film Society of Lincoln Center in 1995, and Kennedy Center Honor in 2013 for her contribution to American culture, through performing arts. In 1998, she was awarded the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award. Apart from acting, MacLaine has written numerous books regarding the subjects of metaphysics, spirituality, and reincarnation, as well as a best-selling memoir, Out on a Limb (1983).

Jean-Claude Dreyfus (born February 18, 1946, Paris) is a French actor. He began his career in film acting in 1973 in the film Comment réussir quand on est con et pleurnichard. Dreyfus is notable for his portrayal of a butcher in the black comedy Delicatessen by Marc Caro and Jean-Pierre Jeunet. He collaborated again with Jeunet and actor Dominique Pinon in the films The City of Lost Children and A Very Long Engagement.

Barbora Bobuľová (born April 29, 1974) is a Slovak actress. Born in Martin, Slovakia, Bobuľová trained at the National Drama Academy in Bratislava before moving to Italy in 1995. She made her feature film debut in the Italian film The Prince von Homburg, that was selected to represent Italy at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival.
For her work in the 2005 film Cuore Sacro (Sacred Heart), she won Best Actress Awards at the David di Donatello awards, the Ciak d'Oro awards and the Flaiano Film Festival. In 2006 she received the Nastro Europeo at the Nastro d'Argento (Silver Ribbon) awards from the Italian National Syndicate of Film Journalists. Bobuľová’s additional film credits include Il siero della vanità, Check and Mate, Mirka, Poor Liza, That’s It and Green Ashes.
American television audiences know Bobuľová from her starring role in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie In Love and War. Her additional TV credits include the Italian miniseries La Cittadella, La guerra è finita and Crociati. Valentina Lodovini is an Italian film and television actress.
Born in Umbertide, Lodovini grew up in Sansepolcro and to attend the School of Dramatic Arts in Perugia, then moved in Rome to continue her studies at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. After some secondary roles, Lodovini emerged in 2007 with Carlo Mazzacurati's drama film La giusta distanza, for which she was nominated for David di Donatello for Best Actress.
In 2011 Lodovini won the David di Donatello for Best Supporting Actress for the role of Maria in Benvenuti al Sud. She reprised the role in the film sequel Benvenuti al Nord.
