Joaquin Rafael Phoenix (born October 28, 1974) is an American actor, producer, and animal rights activist. Known for playing dark and unconventional characters in independent film, he is the recipient of various accolades, including an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, a Grammy Award, and two Golden Globe Awards. In 2020, he was ranked 12th on the list of the 25 Greatest Actors of the 21st Century by The New York Times.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Los Angeles and Florida, Phoenix began his career by appearing in television series in the early 1980s with his brother River. His first major film roles were in SpaceCamp (1986) and Parenthood (1989). During this period, he was credited as Leaf Phoenix, a name he gave himself. He took back his birth first name in the early 1990s and received critical acclaim for his supporting roles in the comedy-drama film To Die For (1995) and the period film Quills (2000). Alex Veadov is a Russian-American film and television actor. Since the late 1980s the actor Alex Veadov aka Oleg Flyshecker, whose family was from theCaucasus, appeared in TV movies, -series and feature films. Alex Veadov also voiced characters in some computer and video games. He often played and voiced Russian characters. Alex Veadov is best known for starring in the film We Own the Night taking the role as a Russian mob drug lord and hit-man named Vadim Nezhinski. Veadov played the role of Christo, a drug smuggler, in the 2012 movie Act of Valor.
Paul Herman (March 29, 1946 - March 29, 2022) was an American actor. Among other roles, he was known for playing Randy in David O. Russell's dramedy Silver Linings Playbook (2012) and Whispers DiTullio in Martin Scorsese's crime epic The Irishman (2019).
His other appearances in movies include Once Upon a Time in America, At Close Range, We Own the Night, Heat, Crazy Heart, Quick Change, Sleepers, Cop Land, The Fan, Analyze That, The Day Trippers, and American Hustle. When character player Corone launched his screen career in the mid-1980s, producers immediately foresaw a perfect niche for him, and started casting him as rugged, slightly imposing and domineering types - including club bouncers, security personnel, military men, and officers of the law. He bowed with a slate of roles in 1986, including the telemovie Charley Hannah, and eventually graduated to big-screen character actor with bit parts in such A-list Hollywood features as Blood and Wine, Striptease, Bad Boys II, and Out of Time. Corone rose to higher billing with a supporting turn in the Joaquin Phoenix/Mark Wahlberg crime saga We Own the Night. Tony Musante (1936-2013) was an American actor. Born Anthony Peter Musante, Jr. in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the son of Natalie Anne (née Salerno), a school teacher, and Anthony Peter Musante, an accountant, Musante attended Oberlin College and Northwestern University.

Oleg Nikolaevich Taktarov (Russian: Оле́г Никола́евич Такта́ров; born August 26, 1967) is a retired Russian mixed martial artist and actor. He is a practitioner of Sambo and Judo and has competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Pride Fighting Championships. Taktarov was the UFC 6 tournament champion and holds notable wins over Marco Ruas and David "Tank" Abbott. Taktarov is known for being exceptionally calm during fights and for using a variety of rarely seen, acrobatic Sambo take-downs. All of Taktarov's losses were by knockout or decision, Taktarov was never submitted in an MMA fight.

Shlomo (Moni) Moshonov was born in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1951. He immigrated to Israel with his family at the age of four. His father, Moshe, who studied law in Sofia, sold textiles in the Ramla market.[1] Moshonov grew up in Ramla. He did his military service in an IDF entertainment troupe. After studying drama at Tel Aviv University, he joined the Haifa Theater, remaining with the group for five years.[2] In 1977 he made his first film appearance in Masa Alunkot ("Journey of Stretchers") alongside Gidi Gov.[1] In 1978–98, Moshonov and Shlomo Baraba hosted the satirical TV show Zehu Ze!, first on Israeli Educational Television and then Channel 2. He also appeared in the films The Man Who Flew in to Grab (1981), Every Time We Say Goodbye (1986) and Deadline (1987). During the 1980s he starred in five "Festigal" song festivals, performing children's songs. He also starred in Arik Einstein's children's video Like Grownups in 1991.
