He portrayed Marc Mitscher in Pearl Harbor and Mr. Parmagi in Hellraiser: Inferno. He is also known for recurring roles as ASAC George Merkert on Breaking Bad and as Jury on Sons of Anarchy. Other notable appearances include Puppet Master 4, Lost Highway, Fight Club, Rock Star and Transformers. In 2011, he appeared in Rockstar Games hit detective game L.A. Robert David Hall (born November 9, 1947) is an American actor, best known for his role as coroner Dr. Albert Robbins M.D. on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
Born in East Orange, New Jersey, Hall attended Tustin High School in California and went on to graduate from UCLA in 1971 with a degree in English Literature. Hall is a former professional musician and accomplished guitarist, and is also proficient on piano and mandolin. For several years he was a high profile radio DJ in Los Angeles. He has also done extensive voice work on television commercials and cartoons.
In 1978, Robert had to have both of his legs amputated as a result of an accident in which an 18-wheeler truck crushed his car. The accident also caused the gasoline tank of the car to explode, causing burns over 65% of his body. He now comfortably uses prosthetic limbs, allowing for personal mobility. Several of his characters, including his CSI character, have openly shared this disability. He is a prominent advocate for disabled Americans.
In addition to starring on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Robert has appeared in such films as Starship Troopers and The Negotiator and has made guest appearances in a number of TV programs including The West Wing and L.A. Law. He also furnishes the narration on CourtTV's documentary series North Mission Road. Currently, Hall is working on the short thriller "The Roymann Closure in the Netherlands", written by writer/director David Grifhorst and executive producer Jop Douma.
In his personal life, Robert was married to Susan Petroni from 1969 until their divorce in 1974, and Connie Cole from 1979 until their divorce in 1987. His son, Andrew, was born of his second marriage. Hall's third and current marriage is to Judy Sterns in 1999.

When on screen he is often typecast as a thug, henchmen, enforcer or some kind of tough role. He is perhaps best remembered for his role as Orlando, The righthand man of Dorian Tyrell (played Peter Greene), in the 1994 Oscar nominated comedy The Mask which starred Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz. Nicholas John Tate (born June 18, 1942) is an Australian actor best known for his role as Eagle pilot Alan Carter in both seasons of the 1970s science fiction television series Space: 1999.
His parents were the actors John Tate and Neva Carr Glyn. His maternal grandparents were also actors, originally from Great Britain, who performed in Vaudeville. His father also had a connection to the works of Space:1999 creator Gerry Anderson, being a secondary voice actor in Thunderbirds.
Tate's big break came with the Australian television series My Brother Jack, followed later by a production of the musical The Canterbury Tales where he played "Nicholas the Gallant" for eighteen months on stage and on tour throughout the country. This was followed by the TV series Dynasty (not related to the later American series of the same name), where he joined his father John Tate for the first time on camera; the two playing father and son roles.
Following his work in Space: 1999, he broke through in film with an award-winning role in the movie The Devil's Playground. He continued to work in film and has continued to have many supporting roles in a number of important theatrical films, including The Year My Voice Broke, Richard Attenborough's Cry Freedom, Return from the River Kwai, A Cry in the Dark, and Hook. Nick Tate has also made guest appearances on numerous hit TV series, such as The X-Files, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Murder, She Wrote, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (in the sixth season episode "Honor Among Thieves"), Farscape and in the Lost episode "Tabula Rasa".

He is also well known for his voiceover work in theatrical trailers for such films as Jurassic Park and Mission: Impossible, as well as work in commercials, including Guinness beer spots airing beginning in fall 2006. Tate and four other well known voice artists (Don LaFontaine, John Leader, Mark Elliot, and Al Chalk) parodied their unique voiceover styles en route to an awards show in a 1997 short film, 5 Men and a Limo.
In 2000, he provided the voice for the Australian tycoonist Ozzie Mandrill in the game Escape from Monkey Island.
Nick Tate returned to the musical stage, where he played the leading role of Captain E.J. Smith in the Australian premiere of the musical Titanic, which opened on October 25, 2006. A career interview with Tate was published in Talkin' Trek and Other Stories by Anthony Wynn. Nick Tate resides in both Australia and Los Angeles.
