Nolan Byrd is a scrawny and shy 9th grader who, like all the other kids, is bullied by Bubba Bixby. When their teacher, Mr. Green allows the students to do a computer project, Nolan, who has a particular knack with technology, decides to catch Bubba in action.

Andrew Robert Caldwell (born July 25, 1989) is an American actor.
He appeared on Hannah Montana as Thor, a new kid from Minnesota that Jackson befriends. He also plays the bully, Bubba Bixby, in the Nickelodeon movie, Shredderman Rules, which was based on Wendelin Van Draanen's book series. He also provided the voice of the teenage Avatar Roku in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Caldwell has made many appearances as small roles in several movies, including Transformers where he was videotaping when the Autobots were landing on earth. He had a role in the film Drillbit Taylor, starring Owen Wilson, and had a lead role in the 2008 comedy film College alongside Drake Bell.

Daniel Randall James Roebuck (born March 4, 1963) is an American actor and writer. His best known roles include Deputy Marshal Robert Biggs in The Fugitive and its spinoff film U.S. Marshals, Jay Leno in The Late Shift, and Dr. Leslie Arzt in Lost, as well as numerous Rob Zombie and Don Coscarelli films. He is also known for his role as Cliff Lewis, Ben Matlock's private investigator, on Matlock from 1992 until 1995.

David Alan Coulier (born September 21, 1959) is an American stand-up comedian, impressionist, television and voice actor, and television host. He is best known for his role as Joey Gladstone on the ABC sitcom Full House; he reprised the role for the Full House spin-off Fuller House. He has done extensive voice work including voiced Peter Venkman on The Real Ghostbusters, and Animal and Bunsen on Muppet Babies.
In the early 1990s, Coulier was married for two years to actress and model Jayne Modean. They have a son, Luc, born in 1990. After they were divorced, he dated singer Alanis Morissette for two years, but they broke up shortly before she recorded her album Jagged Little Pill. He was rumored to be the subject of Morissette's song "You Oughta Know" and, in a 2008 interview with the Calgary Herald, he indicated that he thinks the rumor is true, as there are many things about him in the song. However, in the 2021 documentary Jagged, Morissette denied the song is about him, despite the coincidental timing.

Julianna McCarthy (born August 17, 1929) is an American actress. McCarthy was an original cast member of the soap opera The Young and the Restless, starring as matriarch Liz Foster from 1973 to 1982. She reprised the role in 1984,1985-86,1993, 2003-2004, and 2008. She returned for her final appearance in the role in June, 2010.
McCarthy has also appeared in motion pictures as diverse as The Last American Virgin, The Distinguished Gentleman, The Frighteners, Starship Troopers and Ted Bundy.
She had a recurring role as Mila in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, appearing in the episodes "Improbable Cause", "The Dogs of War" and the final episode, "What You Leave Behind". McCarthy also had recurring roles in Paradise and Dark Shadows.
McCarthy was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. She married actor Michael Constantine in Erie, Pennsylvania on October 5, 1953. They had 2 children together: Thea Eileen and Brendan Neil. The marriage ended in divorce in 1969.
