Matthew David McConaughey (born November 4, 1969) is an American actor. He first gained notice for his supporting performance in the coming-of-age comedy Dazed and Confused (1993), which was considered by many to be his breakout role. After a number of supporting roles in films including Angels in the Outfield (1994) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994), his breakthrough performance as a leading man came in the legal drama A Time to Kill (1996). He followed this with leading performances in the science fiction film Contact (1997), the historical drama Amistad (1997), the comedy-drama The Newton Boys (1998), the satire EDtv (1999), the war film U-571 (2000), and the psychological thriller Frailty (2001). Matthew Chandler Fox (born July 14, 1966) is an American actor and former model. His first major role was playing older brother and family patriarch Charlie Salinger on Party of Five in the 1990s, co-starring with Scott Wolf, Neve Campbell, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Lacey Chabert. He is also known for his role as Dr. Jack Shephard on the ABC drama series Lost.

He was later nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Actor for his performance in the LGBT drama Brother to Brother (2004), and in the same year, he appeared in the psychological thriller The Manchurian Candidate, the Spike Lee TV film Sucker Free City, and the sports film Million Dollar Baby. In 2004, Escarpeta earned critical acclaim for his breakout film role as an honor student caught with a handgun at school in the independent drama American Gun. The film, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, also starred Forrest Whitaker, Marcia Gay Harden and Donald Sutherland. The following year, he co-starred with Matthew McConaughey and Matthew Fox in McG's true-life drama We Are Marshall, about the aftermath of the 1970 plane crash that killed Marshall University's football team. Escarpeta was more recently seen in David Wain's comedy, The Ten, which premiered at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. He had earlier appeared in Carls Franklin's coutroom thriller High Crimes, starring Morgan Freeman and Ashely Judd. Kimberly Williams-Paisley (born September 14, 1971) is an American actress and director, who is perhaps best known for her co-starring role on the ABC sitcom, According to Jim, as well as her breakthrough performance in the popular comedy film, Father of the Bride, for which she was nominated for several awards (along with its sequel, Father of the Bride Part II). Throughout her acting career, she has guest-starred on television shows including Tales From The Crypt, George Lopez Show and Less Than Perfect. Robert Hammond Patrick was born on November 5, 1958 in Marietta, Georgia, raised there and Boston, Mass., Dayton, Ohio, Detroit, Michigan, and Cleveland, Ohio. The eldest of five children. He attended the Bowling Green State University in Ohio, but dropped out after he took a drama course and became interested in acting. After leaving college, he took a job as a house painter and continued as such until a boating accident in Lake Erie in 1984. He swam for three hours in order to save the others still stranded on the accident site, while he nearly drowned in his attempt. After the accident, he moved from Ohio to Los Angeles, California. He worked in a bar to supplement his income and even lived in his own car. Patrick starred in various direct-to-video television movies, and had a short appearance in Die Hard 2 (1990). His breakthrough role came as the liquid-metal, shape-shifting T-1000 in James Cameron's blockbuster Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). After that, he landed roles in various feature films such as Last Action Hero (1993), Fire in the Sky (1993) and Striptease (1996).
