George Vincent "Vince" Gilligan, Jr. (born February 10, 1967) is an American writer, producer, and director. He is known for his television work, specifically as creator, head writer, executive producer, and a director of Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul. He was a writer and producer for The X-Files and was the co-creator of its spin-off The Lone Gunmen.
Born and raised in Bellflower, California, Chris Carter graduated from the California State University at Long Beach with a degree in journalism. Formerly a freelance journalist and editor of "Surfing" magazine, Carter began his career as a screenwriter in 1985 at The Walt Disney Studios. In 1992 Carter began developing projects for Twentieth Century Fox Television.
Zuleikha Robinson (born 29 June 1977) is an English actress, raised in Thailand and Malaysia by a Burmese-Indian mother and an English father. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, and best known for playing Ilana in the ABC show Lost. In 2006, she played a Bengali character called Moushumi Mazumdar in Mira Nair's acclaimed film The Namesake, based on the book of the same name. Robinson had a supporting role in the HBO series Rome, and played Eva Marquez, a NYPD detective, in the television drama on Fox, New Amsterdam. Robinson joined the cast of Lost in 2009 during its fifth season, as recurring character Ilana, and was promoted to series regular for the sixth season. She is sister to British field botanist, Dr. Alastair Robinson.
Bryan Spicer (born April 9, 1964) is an American film and television director. As a television director, some of his credits include Castle, 24, House, Heroes, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Hawaii Five-0, and Magnum P.I. The Paley Centre for Media has preserved the first season of Salute Your Shorts episode "Sponge Saga" in its New York archive, which was directed by Spicer. In 1995, Spicer made his feature film directorial debut with the film Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, and in 1997 he directed the films McHale's Navy and For Richer or Poorer.
