Dionne Quan (born October 20, 1978) is an American voice actress.
Quan, a Chinese American, was born in Lexington, Massachusetts to Lori and Daryl Quan. She is legally blind, having been born with optic hyperplasia. Her acting scripts are written in Braille for her. She obtained her first voice work at the age of 14 for television commercials.
She is the voice of Kimi Finster, a character from the cartoon television show Rugrats and All Grown Up!. She was first introduced in the second Rugrats movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. She is the youngest actor in the cast. She also has a regular role on The Fairly OddParents (as Trixie Tang). In 2005, she starred as Yasmin in a show for 4Kids Entertainment called Bratz.
More recently, she was on Disney Channel's Shorty McShorts' Shorts, in the episode, "Dudley and Nester Do Nothing", as the Kodama Twins.

Olivia Catherine Hack (born June 16, 1983) is an American actress best known for providing the voice of Rhonda Wellington Lloyd in Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold!, and played Cindy Brady in the 90's theatrical Brady Bunch films. She has also done voices for Fillmore!, Bratz as Cloe, Family Guy, Blood+ and Avatar: The Last Airbender as Ty Lee. She appeared in Star Trek Generations, Party of Five, and Gilmore Girls. She was born in Beverly Hills, California. She was also in P.J Sparkles in 1992 as Glowee.

Tia Dashon Mowry (born July 6, 1978) is an American actress. She first gained recognition for her starring role as Tia Landry in the sitcom Sister, Sister (1994–1999), opposite her twin sister Tamera Mowry. The sisters then starred together in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches (2005) and its sequel, Twitches Too (2007). The two also starred in the fantasy comedy film Seventeen Again (2000) and voiced the LaBelle sisters in the animated series Detention (1999–2000). They were featured in the reality series Tia & Tamera from 2011 to 2013.
Mowry voiced Sasha in the animated series Bratz (2005–2006). She starred as Melanie Barnett in the comedy-drama series The Game (2006–2015), Stephanie Phillips in the sitcom Instant Mom (2013–2015) and Cocoa McKellan in the sitcom Family Reunion (2019–2022).
Mowry had starring roles in the teen comedy film The Hot Chick (2002), the musical comedy film The Mistle-Tones (2012), the romantic comedy film Baggage Claim (2013) and the drama film Indivisible (2018).
Mowry and her sister, Tamera, formed a singing group in the early 1990s called Voices. The group debuted their first single, "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!", in 1992 and it charted at No. 72 on the Billboard Hot 100.

He has starred in numerous TV series and films, and is well-known for his role in the series Diagnosis: Murder as Dr. Jesse Travis with Dick Van Dyke, and for his role in the film 18 Again! with George Burns. Jessica Sonya DiCicco (/ˈdɪtʃiːkoʊ/; born June 10, 1980) is an American actress. She is known for voicing in animated television series and video games. Her first voice role was the announcer for Nickelodeon's educational channel Noggin. DiCicco has since voiced various other characters for Nickelodeon, including Gwen Wu in The Mighty B!, Selina and Miele in Winx Club, Lynn Loud and Lucy Loud in The Loud House, and Annie Bramley in It's Pony.
