On returning home to settle his late father's affairs, Joshua Pope (Busta Rhymes) finds a different town from the one he left. The once quiet and peaceful neighborhood is now at the mercy of a prejudice and corrupt police force. Joshua is joined by an old friend (Xzibit) and his gang of thugs in an effort to overthrow the police and restore order to the small Alabama town.

He was a professional football player in the 1960s and 1970s who became an actor in the late 1970s. Born in Orange, Texas, he attended high school in Beaumont, Texas. Alvin Nathaniel Joiner IV (born September 18, 1974), better known by his stage name Xzibit (pronounced as "exhibit"), is an American rapper, actor, and television host. He is known as the host of the MTV show Pimp my Ride, which brought him mainstream success. Before hosting the show, he achieved fame in the West Coast hip-hop scene as a rapper, debuting with his acclaimed At the Speed of Life and gathering chart success with his follow-up albums Restless, Man vs. Machine and Weapons of Mass Destruction, working with high-profile artists such as Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Method Man, Game and 50 Cent. After his largely unsuccessful sixth studio album Full Circle, his rap career was put on hold. He also built himself a second leg as an actor, starring in Hollywood blockbusters such as 8 Mile, xXx: State of the Union, Hoodwinked, Gridiron Gang, The X-Files: I Want to Believe and Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans.

Mark Boone Junior (born March 17, 1955) is an American actor perhaps best known for his roles as Bobby Munson in FX's Sons of Anarchy and in two films by Christopher Nolan, Memento and Batman Begins. He frequently portrays a crooked cop or other authority figure, and has had a prolific career, appearing in over 70 movies, which also include 2 Fast 2 Furious, Get Carter, The General's Daughter, The Thin Red Line, Seven, and Die Hard 2. He has also made guest appearances on TV in Law & Order, Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and several other shows. He had a one-second appearance as "New York Guy" in Armageddon when Eddie Griffin's character asked him what the news on TV was all about.
Boone started his career beside long time friend Steve Buscemi. Together the two provided audiences in the New York and Jersey area with stand up comedy. He has appeared in some of Steve's directorial work, including Trees Lounge and most recently (2004) as "Evil" in Lonesome Jim. He is a regular cast member on Sons of Anarchy, where he plays Bobby Munson. In 2010 he played the role of Vincent Dooly's father in The Mother of Invention.
Boone has written and produced some films of his own. He currently resides in Isla Vista, California.

Wyclef Jean (born October 17, 1969 in Croix-des-Bouquets) is a Haitian musician, record producer, and politician. At age nine, Jean moved to the United States with his family and has spent much of his life in the country. He first received fame as a member of the acclaimed New Jersey hip hop group the Fugees. Along with being a world famous and highly respected performing artist, he is now a visiting fellow at Brown University in the Department of Africana Studies.
On August 5, 2010, Jean filed for candidacy in the 2010 Haitian presidential election, although the Electoral Commission subsequently ruled him ineligible to stand as he had not met the requirement to have been resident in Haiti for five years.

Tommy "Tiny" Lister (born Thomas Lister, Jr.; June 24, 1958 – December 10, 2020) was a character actor and former wrestler best known for his role as the neighborhood bully Deebo in the Friday series of movies. He also had a short-lived professional wrestling career, wrestling Hulk Hogan in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) after appearing as "Zeus" in Hogan's movie No Holds Barred. Lister was blind in his right eye. Lister had numerous guest appearances in TV series, including playing Klaang (the first Klingon ever to make contact with humans, not counting Worf in Star Trek: First Contact) in the pilot episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. He also co-starred in an episode of the courtroom series Matlock as Mr. Matlock's in-prison bodyguard. Lister also appeared as Sancho in the music video for Sublime's song "Santeria". He was also in the video for Michael Jackson's song "Remember the Time". He also made a guest appearance in Austin Powers in Goldmember, as a prisoner in the Hard Knock Life spoof.
Antwan DeRay Davis is an American stand-up comedian and actor best known for his role as Ray-Ray the Hustle Guy in Barbershop and Barbershop 2: Back in Business, Davis has also appeared in other films, including Semi-Pro (2008) and 21 Jump Street. His television roles and appearances include programs BET's ComicView, MTV's Nick Cannon's Wild 'N Out and 'Short Circuitz, and HBO's Entourage.
He began his career in comedy clubs and shortly after moving to Los Angeles, he won the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition and was a standout on the Cedric the Entertainer Tour. He voices for several skits on rapper Kanye West's albums The College Dropout and Late Registration, and also appeared in West's music video for "Through the Wire."
