The second daughter born in 1962 to actress Phyllida Law and actor Eric Thompson, Sophie is the younger sister of twice Academy Award-winning actress and screenwriter Emma Thompson.
Sophie Thompson has worked in film, television, theater and radio, and has narrated a number of audiobooks. She made her debut in 1978, at the age of 16, starring in A Traveler in Time.
Jerry O'Connell (born February 17, 1974) is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Quinn Mallory in the television series Sliders, Andrew Clements in My Secret Identity, Vern Tessio in the film Stand by Me (1986), Joe in Joe's Apartment (1996), Frank Cushman in Jerry Maguire (1996), Derek in Scream 2 (1997), Michael in Tomcats (2001), Charlie Carbone in Kangaroo Jack (2003), and Detective Woody Hoyt on the drama Crossing Jordan. Holmes co-presented GMTV for twelve years between 1993 and 2005, before presenting Sky News Sunrise for eleven years between 2005 and 2016. Since 2006, he has co-hosted This Morning with his wife Ruth Langsford on Fridays and during school holidays.

Ralf Alastair John Little (born 8 February 1980) is an English actor, writer, presenter, narrator and former semi-professional footballer. He has worked mainly in television comedy, including playing Antony Royle in The Royle Family and Jonny Keogh in the first six series of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. He was the narrator of Channel 5's documentary series Our Yorkshire Farm from 2018 to 2020. Since 2020, he has starred as DI Neville Parker in Death in Paradise.
Hans "Dolph" Lundgren (/ˈlʌndɡrən/, Swedish: [ˈdɔlːf ˈlɵ̌nːdɡreːn]; born 3 November 1957) is a Swedish-American actor, filmmaker, and martial artist. Born in Spånga, a community in Stockholm County, Sweden, Lundgren became interested in martial arts at a young age. This would lead him to hold the rank of 4th dan black belt in Kyokushin karate and become European champion in 1980 and 1981. In 1982, while studying to get a master's degree, he became the boyfriend of singer Grace Jones. He moved to New York City with her and started taking acting classes. In 1985, Lundgren had a breakthrough role playing the lead villain as an imposing Soviet boxer named Ivan Drago in Sylvester Stallone's Rocky IV.
Lundgren went on to play lead roles in over 80 action-orientated films, including Masters of the Universe (1987), Red Scorpion (1988), The Punisher (1989), I Come in Peace (1990), Showdown in Little Tokyo (1991), Joshua Tree (1993), Men of War (1994), Silent Trigger (1996), and Blackjack (1998). He continued playing lead villains in Universal Soldier (1992) against Jean-Claude Van Damme and Johnny Mnemonic (1995) against Keanu Reeves. Moving into the 2000s, Lundgren mostly appeared in direct-to-video films. During this time, Lundgren started directing and starring in his own films; these are The Defender (2004), The Mechanik (2005), Missionary Man (2007), Command Performance (2009), Icarus (2010), Castle Falls ((2021),and Wanted Man (2024).
Lundgren returned to prominence in 2010 with the role of Gunner Jensen in Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables alongside an all-action star cast. He reprised his role in its sequels. Simon Alexander Farnaby (born 2 April 1973) is an English actor, writer, and comedian. He is best known as a part of the TV series Horrible Histories (2009–2013), Yonderland (2013–2016) and Ghosts (2019–). He also starred in films such as Mindhorn (2016), Paddington (2014), and its sequel, Paddington 2 (2017) and Christopher Robin (2018).
He is a long-time member of The Mighty Boosh (2004–2007) supporting cast, having had roles both in their series and co-starring in the quasi-spinoff film Bunny and the Bull (2009). He is also well known for his similarly offbeat characters in the CBBC live-action series of Horrible Histories, such as Caligula and the Grim Reaper. Other notable television work includes a recurring role on the sitcom Jam & Jerusalem (2006–2009) and co-starring as eccentric neighbour Sloman on The Midnight Beast's (2012–) TV series. He previously had a very brief role in Coronation Street in the 1990s.

In 2016, he co-wrote Mindhorn with Julian Barratt, a comedy about Richard Thorncroft (Barratt). He also has a small acting role as Clive Parnevik. In December 2016, he had a small role in Rogue One, as an X-Wing Pilot. In 2017, he co-wrote Paddington 2 with Paul King. He had a small role in both the first film and its sequel.

Mackinnon was born in Esher, Surrey and was educated at Eton College, before studying drama at The University of Manchester. He began his career in the comedy duo "Mat and Mackinnon" with Mathew Horne.
