In this urban comedy, an aspiring young filmmaker named Sherlock heads off to Hollywood in hopes of making a blockbuster action movie and becoming famous. Everything seems to be going as planned, with filming underway, until the cameras record something accidentally. LisaRaye McCoy (born September 23, 1967), known as LisaRaye, is an American actress, fashion designer, model, businesswoman, and former first lady of the Turks and Caicos Islands. She was married to Michael Misick, the first Premier of Turks and Caicos, from 2006 until 2008; during which time she served as First Lady of Turks and Caicos.
She is best known for portraying Diana 'Diamond' Armstrong in the film The Players Club (directed and written by Ice Cube), Neesee James on the CW sitcom All of Us (2003-2007), and Keisha Greene in the VH1 romantic comedy series Single Ladies (2011-2015).
She made her acting debut as the lead in Reasons, an independent film directed by Monty Ross. She also was a backup dancer in Michael Jackson's "Remember the Time" video. Her film credits include: The Wood opposite Omar Epps, Rhapsody, All About You, and Go for Broke.
In 2005, she launched two fashion lines: Luxe & Romance, a lingerie line that was introduced during New York's Fashion Week, and Xraye, a jeans line for women.
Arthur James “Art” Evans is an American actor who has made multiple film and television program appearances over the span of three decades. His acting career, spanning over 30 years, started with Frank Silvera's Theater of Being in Los Angeles. He took a starring role in The Amen Corner, which transferred to Broadway in 1965. His first uncredited acting performance in film was Claudine in 1974. His first credited role was in Chico and the Man as Bubba in the episode Too Many Crooks, which aired in 1976. He is probably best known for his role as Leslie Barnes in the action 1990s films Die Hard 2: Die Harder, in which he plays an air traffic control tower employee. Evans has also appeared in Fright Night and Fright Night II, as well as many appearances in a variety of television shows such as MAS*H and Hill Street Blues. In 1984, Evans co-starred in the all-star African-American drama A Soldier's Story as the memorable brown-nosing character Wilkie. His talents for many instruments came in handy when playing Blind Lemon Jefferson in the movie Leadbelly. Also starred in the music video for Stevie Wonder's Go Home.

Garrett Gonzalez Morris (born February 1, 1937 height 5' 8" (1,73 m)) is an Americancomedian and actor. He was part of the original cast of the sketch comedy program Saturday Night Live, appearing from 1975 to 1980.
Morris was a church-choir singer from his youth, trained at the Juilliard School of Music, and graduated from Dillard University in 1958. Early in his career, he soloed with the Harry Belafonte singers. He performed in a number of Broadwaymusicals, including Hallelujah, Baby! and Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death. He also appeared as a high school teacher in the 1975 film Cooley High. He had a small role as a police sergeant in The Anderson Tapes (1970). Morris also lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he worked as a postal carrier.
Tommy "Tiny" Lister (born Thomas Lister, Jr.; June 24, 1958 – December 10, 2020) was a character actor and former wrestler best known for his role as the neighborhood bully Deebo in the Friday series of movies. He also had a short-lived professional wrestling career, wrestling Hulk Hogan in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) after appearing as "Zeus" in Hogan's movie No Holds Barred. Lister was blind in his right eye. Lister had numerous guest appearances in TV series, including playing Klaang (the first Klingon ever to make contact with humans, not counting Worf in Star Trek: First Contact) in the pilot episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. He also co-starred in an episode of the courtroom series Matlock as Mr. Matlock's in-prison bodyguard. Lister also appeared as Sancho in the music video for Sublime's song "Santeria". He was also in the video for Michael Jackson's song "Remember the Time". He also made a guest appearance in Austin Powers in Goldmember, as a prisoner in the Hard Knock Life spoof.
