An estate agent is forced into witness protection soon after selling the apartment of a girl who died in suspicious circumstances. However, when the deceased girl's mother is also found dead, all signs point to a murderer on the loose, and it becomes apparent the agent's new identity may not protect her from the killer.

Beau Starr (born September 1, 1944) is an American actor who has starred in movies and on television. He is known for his film role as Sheriff Ben Meeker in the 1988 hit horror movie Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers; he reprised his role in the 1989 sequel Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers as well as playing Henry Hill's Father in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas. Many also remember him as Lt. Harding Welsh in Due South.

Carolyn Dunn is a Canadian actress who is best known for her role as Sylvie Gerard in the television series Tropical Heat. She was born in Whitney Pier, Nova Scotia, Canada, on March 18, 1961. She began her acting career in the late 1970s, appearing in several television movies and miniseries. In 1985, she starred in the Canadian comedy series Head Office.
Dunn's breakthrough role came in 1989, when she was cast as Sylvie Gerard in Tropical Heat. The series, which was also known as Sweating Bullets in the United States, ran for four seasons and made Dunn a household name in Canada.
In addition to Tropical Heat, Dunn has appeared in several other television series, including The Outer Limits, Street Legal, and The X-Files. She has also starred in several films, including Breaking All the Rules, Charlie Grace, and The Death of Alice Blue.
In recent years, Dunn has focused on her career as a poet. She has published two collections of poetry, Outfoxing Coyote (2001) and Echolocation: Poems and Stories (2007). She is also a certified holistic health practitioner and owns an alternative medicine clinic in her hometown of Whitney Pier.
Fulvio Cecere is an American actor. Born to Italian parents, he attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, but after one year he realized that acting, not law, was his true calling Cecere works in a variety of places, moving around between Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles and New York all year. He played the part of freelance detective Fred Durkin in the A&E Network's original film The Golden Spiders: A Nero Wolfe Mystery(2000) and the series A Nero Wolfe Mystery (2001–2002). He also portrayed Lt. Thorne in Battlestar Galactica, Agent Sandoval in Dark Angel (2000–2002), and had recurring roles in TV series including Tarzan, Tilt, Blade and Intelligence. His work in feature films includes roles in Paycheck, Assault on Precinct 13, Cinderella Man, The Tortured, and Watchmen.

Philip Akin (born April 18, 1950) is a Canadian actor who has been active for over thirty years in stage, film, and television. He has had featured roles in major American films such as The Sum of All Fears, S.W.A.T., and Get Rich or Die Tryin’. He has also done much voice work, including voicing the character of Bishop for the X-Men animated series and Tripp Hansen in Monster Force.
Akin was born in Kingston, Jamaica as a middle brother of five sons. His parents moved to Oshawa, Ontario in 1953, and he and his brothers followed suit the next year. He has lived there ever since. Shortly after attending high school, Akin attended Toronto’s Ryerson Theatre School. In 1975, he became the school’s first acting graduate, landing a role just a few days later in a Shaw Festival production of Caesar and Cleopatra.
In 1983 Akin began studying Yoshinkan Aikido and is presently a 5th degree black belt in that art. He has also trained in Jing Mo Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan.
Akin first came to prominence in the early 1980s when he performed on the zany comedy series Bizarre. Other recognizable roles include computer expert Norton Drake from War of the Worlds, a Canadian television series that went off the air in 1990. His recurring role as Charlie DeSalvo in Highlander: The Series has also brought him much recognition. In Shake Hands with the Devil he portrays Kofi Annan, then United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations. In 2007, Akin will be performing at the Stratford Festival of Canada, a prestigious summer-long celebration of theatre held each year in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. He is cast in the title role of William Shakespeare’s Othello, and also in the role of Crooks in the Festival’s rendition of John Steinbeck’s novella Of Mice and Men. Phil Akin can also be seen in a long list of guest appearances on television series filmed in Canada, for example: F/X: The Series, Mutant X, and most recently, Flashpoint (2008).
Akin is a founding member and currently the Artistic Director of the Obsidian Theatre Company, a Canadian theatre company comprising seasoned actors of African descent, devoted to the work of blacks. Akin is divorced, with one child.
