He made his acting debut appearing as Darren in the slasher film Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986), and had his breakthrough for starring as Carl Bruner in the fantasy thriller film Ghost (1990), which earned him a nomination for the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor. He went on to star as Harold Nixon in the biographical film Nixon (1995), which earned him a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination, and as Neil Armstrong in the HBO miniseries From the Earth to the Moon (1998).

His maternal grandparents were playwright Sidney Howard and actress Clare Eames. His brother John Goldwyn is a film producer, a former executive of Paramount Pictures and the executive producer of the series Dexter. His brother Peter is also a film producer and the current President of Samuel Goldwyn Films. His half-sister Liz Goldwyn is a filmmaker. Giancarlo Giannini (born 1 August 1942) is an Italian actor and dubber.
Giannini was born La Spezia, Liguria, Italy. He studied at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica in Rome, and made his film debut in a small part in Fango sulla metropoli in 1965. He appeared in supporting roles in Anzio and The Secret of Santa Vittoria, and starred in the original version of Swept Away. In 1971, he appeared in E le stelle stanno a guardare, a television adaptation of A. J. Cronin's novel, The Stars Look Down.
In 1976, he starred in Seven Beauties, for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor, which is unusual in that his performance was given entirely in Italian. Colleen Celeste Camp (born June 7, 1953) is an American actress and film producer, known for her performances in two installments of the Police Academy series and as Yvette the Maid in the 1985 black comedy Clue. She was also the first actress to play Kristin Shepard in U.S. prime time soap opera Dallas in 1979.
Camp was born in San Francisco, California. She had small early roles in films like 1975's Funny Lady with Barbra Streisand. She also appeared alongside Bruce Lee as his wife Anne in Bruce Lee's last movie Game Of Death. Camp was also a Playboy magazine pinup and played one in Francis Coppola's 1979 film Apocalypse Now, though most of her footage was cut from the initial theatrical release. She would later feature more heavily in Coppola's Redux cut. She has worked steadily in film comedies like Peter Bogdanovich's They All Laughed, 1983's Valley Girl and the Michael J. Fox comedy Greedy. She often is cast as a police officer.
