Until now, Zak Gibbs' greatest challenge has been to find a way to buy a car. But when he discovers an odd wristwatch amidst his father's various inventions and slips it on -- something very strange happens. The world around him seems to come to a stop, everything and everybody frozen in time. Jesse Bradford Watrouse (born May 28, 1979), known professionally as Jesse Bradford, is an American actor. He began his career as a child actor at the age of five and received two Young Artist Award for Best Leading Young Actor in a Feature Film nominations for his performances in King of the Hill in 1993 and Far From Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog in 1995. Subsequently, he has had several notable roles in motion pictures, including Romeo + Juliet (1996) and Bring It On (2000), playing the romantic interest. French Stewart (born Milton French Stewart IV) is an American actor and voice actor. He is best known for his role as Harry Solomon on the 1990s sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun, as well as his roles as Marv Murchins in Home Alone 4, Inspector Gadget in Inspector Gadget 2, and Chef Rudy on the CBS sitcom Mom.
Stewart toured in regional theatre for seven years before breaking into television with the role of Razor Dee, a spaced-out DJ on the final season of The New WKRP in Cincinnati in 1992.

Ken Jenkins (born August 28, 1940) is an American actor, best known for his role as Dr. Bob Kelso, the curmudgeonly Chief of Medicine on the American comedy Scrubs.
In 1969, he co-founded the Actors Theatre of Louisville and served as the Associate Artistic Director for three years. This institution has produced playwrights such as Beth Henley and Marsha Norman. Jenkins previously appeared on the series Adult Math, as well as episodes of Homefront, The X-Files (episode "Medusa", season 8), Babylon 5 and "Evolution", the Season three premiere episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation "Sliders" (2 episodes, 1999–2000) Dust (2000) TV episode .... Professor Jack Bigelow - Revelations (1999) TV episode .... Robert Clark.
He has appeared in the movies Executive Decision, The Abyss, Air America, Last Man Standing, Fled, Gone in 60 Seconds, I Am Sam, The Sum of All Fears, Matewan, Courage Under Fire and the 1998 remake of Psycho. He appeared as the father of Fran Goldsmith in Stephen King's TV miniseries, The Stand. Jenkins also had a role in Clockstoppers.

Pamela Dunlap is known for many movie roles starting on Ironside (1967), more recently I Am Sam (2001), The Holiday (2006), Changeling (2008), and most recently Wetlands (2017). She is known for many guest appearances on television series, Happy Days (1974), Law & Order (1990), Boston Legal (2004), and five appearances on Mad Men (2007), Castle (2009), Girls (2012), and Maron (2013). She is bi-coastal, living in New York City and Los Angeles, California USA. While in New York she has been seen on Broadway in "Musical Comedy Murders of 1940," "Redwood Curtain," and "Yerma," and in several Off-Broadway roles. In Southern California, she has performed at the Los Angeles Ahmanson Theater, Costa Mesa South Coast Repertory, LA Theatre Works, and the Los Angeles Fountain Theater. At The Fountain she played Rochelle - a middle-aged, out-of-shape Jewish woman who's undergoing a crisis of faith - Dunlap was persuaded to join a flamenco class for other middle-aged, women. Jonathan Scott Frakes (born August 19, 1952) is an American actor and director. He is best known for his portrayal of Commander (later Captain) William T. Riker in the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation and subsequent films and series. He has also hosted the series Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction, voiced David Xanatos in the Disney animated series Gargoyles, and narrated the History Channel documentary, Lee and Grant.
His other well known TV roles are as Stanley Hazard on the miniseries North and South, Sandy Parris on ABC's Paper Dolls, Marcus Marshall on NBC's Bare Essence, and Damon Ross, a recurring character on Falcon Crest.
He began directing episodes of The Next Generation during its third season, and went on to direct the feature films Star Trek: First Contact (1996) and Star Trek: Insurrection (1998) and episodes of the later Star Trek series Deep Space Nine, Voyager, Discovery, Strange New Worlds, and Picard. He later directed the feature films Clockstoppers (2002) and Thunderbirds (2004).
