Ana Ofelia Murguía was a Mexican actress with a long career in theater, film and television for more than 40 years. She is a graduate of the Theater School of the National Institute of Fine Arts and a student of the “father of Mexican theater” Seki Sano, which forged her for a fruitful career on stage. She received the Ariel Award for Best Female Co-Acting on four occasions for "Cadena Perpetua" (1979), "Los Motivos de Luz" (1986), "La Reina de la Noche" (1996), and the Ariel de Oro for lifetime achievement in 2011. She also won three times the Silver Goddess award for The Motifs of Light (1986), Written in the Body of the Night (2002), The Good Herbs (2011). Luisa Huertas is an actress of Salvadoran and Mexican nationality, born on June 24, 1951, in San Salvador, El Salvador. Born to a Spanish refugee father and a Mexican businesswoman mother, Luisa was trained at the Escuela de Arte Teatral del INBA and the Centro Universitario de Teatro CUT-UNAM, two of Mexico's most respected institutions. She spent part of the 1970s in film and was also known for her role as Rosita in the children's series Sesame Street, before beginning her remarkable career in Mexican television, in several of the most popular and recognized telenovelas, including Dulce Desafío (1988-1989), Carrusel (1989), Al filo de la muerte (1991), Volver a empezar (1994), among others. A founding member of the Mexican Academy of Theatrical Art, in addition to being a member of the Advisory Board of the CUT of the UNAM, she has also been a stable and frequent cast member of the National Theater Company. In recent years, Luisa has participated in series such as La casa de las flores (2020), Todo por nada (2021) and in films such as Dos mujeres y una Vaca (2015) and Cosas imposibles (2021). She is a graduate of the Escuela de Arte Teatral del INBA and the Centro Universitario de Teatro, CUT-UNAM where she has also taught. She is co-founder and General Director of the Centro de Estudios para el Uso de la Voz (CEUVOZ). Arcelia Ramírez (born 7 December 1967) is a Mexican actress who appeared in over 50 films and television shows since 1985. At a young age she became interested in acting. She studied acting at the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT), from where she was prepared for several plays produced by the same institution, including La pasión de Pentesilea, La séptima morada, La noche de Hernán Cortés, Las mujeres sabias, Freda y otras griegas and Relaciones peligrosas. She lived in France from 2007 to 2011, a period in which she kept up her work pace, coming to Mexico to film movies as diverse as Arturo Ripstein's "Las razones del corazón" and Victor Avelar's "Cómo no te voy a querer". Meanwhile, her life in Paris was like that of a nameless woman who was beginning to raise a family. Throughout her career, which began in 1985 with the film "El centro del laberinto", she has been nominated for important awards, such as the Ariel, at the Cannes Festival, at the Havana Festival, at the Latin American Film Festival in Lérida, among others. The first actress attended the Cannes Film Festival 2021 for her performance in the film "La civil", first fiction of the Belgian-Romanian director Teodora Mihai.
