Rachel Griffiths
Rachel Anne Griffiths AM (born 18 December 1968) is an Australian film and television actress. She came to prominence with the 1994 film Muriel's Wedding and her Academy Award nominated performance in Hilary and Jackie (1998). She is best known for her portrayals of Brenda Chenowith in the HBO series Six Feet Under and Sarah Walker Laurent on the ABC primetime drama Brothers & Sisters. Her work in film and television has earned her a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and three Australian Film Institute Awards.
Griffith attended Melbourne University, studying philosophy, before attending the drama department at Victoria School of the Art. After college, she began working with the touring youth company Woolly Jumpers Theater Company, as well as the Melbourne Theater Company, where she appeared in numerous dramas.
Griffiths made a name for herself in 1991 when she wrote and performed in the short film "Barbie Gets Hip,” which was screened at the Melbourne International Film Festival. She landed a few TV spots before she was cast as Rhonda, Toni Collette's sidekick in P.J. Hogan's "Muriel's Wedding" (1994), winning her an Australian Film Institute Award for Best Supporting Actress. These successes jump-started her career, landing her numerous dramatic and comedic roles in overseas productions, before making her American cinema debut with her second P.J. Hogan collaboration, "My Best Friend's Wedding” (1997).
In the fall of 2001, Griffiths accepted her first major television series role and came aboard Alan Ball’s HBO series "Six Feet Under." Griffith stayed with the show during its five years of critical acclaim, while at the same time, continued to appear an lend her voice to screen and direct-to-video features before returning to telvision to star in "Brothers and Sisters" to much similar acclaim.

He first was noted for his portrayal of Harold Lowe in Titanic (1997) and for his portrayal of Horatio Hornblower in the Hornblower series of television films (1998–2003). Subsequent roles have included Lancelot in King Arthur (2004), Reed Richards/MMister Fantastic in Fantastic Four (2005) and its 2007 sequel, William Wilberforce in Amazing Grace (2006), Tony Blair in W. Matthew Rhys Evans, known professionally as Matthew Rhys, is a Welsh actor, best-known as Kevin Walker on the U.S. ABC family drama "Brothers & Sisters", and as Dylan Thomas in "The Edge of Love".
Ruth Madoc ((born Margaret Ruth Llewellyn Baker; 16 April 1943 – 9 December 2022)) was an English-born, Welsh actress and singer. She was brought up in Llansamlet, near Swansea.
She trained at RADA in London and was previously married to actor Philip Madoc. She was best known for her role as Gladys Pugh in the 1980s BBC television comedy series "Hi-de-Hi!".
In 1971 Ruth Madoc played Fruma Sarah in the film version of the musical "Fiddler on the Roof," and in 1972 she appeared as Mrs Dai Bread Two in the film of "Under Milk Wood".
She died on the 9th December 2022 following an accident. She was 79.
Raymond William Robert "Ray" Gravell was a Welsh rugby union centre who played club rugby for Llanelli RFC and the Wales international squad. In his later career he would become a respected broadcaster and occasional actor.
Llŷr Ifans is a Welsh actor, born in Ruthin, Denbighshire. He is best known for appearing opposite his brother Rhys Ifans in the cult film, "Twin Town", in 1997. In September 2007 Ifans appeared at Clwyd Theatr Cymru in their production of "A Toy Epic", which ran at the Mold venue and then was taken on a short tour around Wales.
He also appeared in the short Welsh-language television drama "S.O.S. Galw Gari Tryfan".
In 2015 Ifans gave "an enjoyably louche performance as the town's resident middle-aged delinquent, Nogood Boyo" in the S4C bilingual remake of Dylan Thomas' "Under Milk Wood" (English version)/"Dan y Wenallt" (Welsh version).
