When a series of unexplained vicious animal attacks strikes his community, Sheriff Jim Tanner and his assistant Barbara trace them back to a Dr. Hyde, a former military researcher whose government funding for a dinosaur cloning project was cut. When the Pentagon discovers Hyde obtained foreign backing to continue his experiments, they send in a strike team to save Tanner and Barbara and stop Hyde.

McComas graduated from Princeton High School in Sharonville, Ohio in 1988. She was an education major at Miami University before she started stripping and modeling. She operated a stripping business that provided strippers to clients in the Cincinnati area in the early 90s.

Grant Cramer (born November 10, 1961) is an American actor who has starred in films and on television. He is the son of actress Terry Moore.
Grant's first feature film role was in 1980, when he starred in the horror film New Year's Evil. It wasn't until 1984, his big role came in the 1984 cult comedy film Hardbodies in which he played Scotty Palmer. His other big film was the cult classic 1988 Killer Klowns from Outer Space. He appeared in the 2001 film Mach 2. His most recent appearance was in the 2009 movie Follow the Prophet.
Grant has starred on television shows, his first TV role was in the 1982 made-for-television movie Desperate Lives as a teen drug user. He starred in the hit CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless as the psychotic stalker Shawn Garrett from 1985-1986. He later returned to the soap in 1996 to play Adam Hunter, a love interest for Ashley Abbott.
Grant has made guest appearances on television shows like The Facts of Life, Rags to Riches, and Murder, She Wrote.
In recent years, Grant has turned his attention to writing, producing and directing. A short film he wrote, produced and directed, "Say Goodnight, Michael", won numerous awards including the Grand Jury Award at the New York Independent Film and Video festival.
In 2008, he created and executive produced the VH1 series, "Old Skool with Terry and Gita", which is currently airing in over 20 countries internationally.
Recently, he produced and directed the first-ever "cooking show for guys" called, "Cooking is For Play."
Currently, he is producing an Action-Adventure, Horror 3D film called, The Fallen which, will be directed by Brett Leonard (Lawnmower Man) and stars Dominic Purcell, Vinnie Jones and Peter Stormare. The Fallen will begin lensing in March 2011.

Eric Roberts (born April 18, 1956) is an American actor. His career began with a well-received performance in King of the Gypsies (1978), for which he earned his first Golden Globe Award nomination. His second Golden Globe nomination came for his portrayal of Paul Snider in Star 80 (1983), followed by Globe and Academy Award nominations for his supporting role in Runaway Train (1985). Harrison Page (born August 27, 1941) is an American television and film actor who has appeared in many popular shows, including Cold Case, JAG, ER, Ally McBeal, Melrose Place, Quantum Leap, The Wonder Years, 21 Jump Street, Murder She Wrote, Fame, Gimme a Break!, Benson, Hill Street Blues, Webster, The Dukes of Hazzard, Kung Fu, Kojak, Mannix, and Bonanza.
His most famous role is perhaps that of the ill-tempered Captain Trunk in the ABC's 1980s police satire Sledge Hammer!. He was also a regular on C.P.O. Sharkey, starring Don Rickles. Page appeared with Jean-Claude Van Damme in the box-office hit movie Lionheart (1990). Page also has a cult following for his appearances in two well-known cult films, both directed by Russ Meyer: Vixen! (1968) and Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (1970).

Jim Wynorski (born August 14, 1950) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer.
Wynorski has been making B-movies and exploitation movies since the early 1980s, and has directed over 150 feature films. His earliest films were released to movie theaters, but his later works have predominantly been released to cable or the straight-to-video market. He often works under pseudonyms such as "Jay Andrews," "Arch Stanton," "H.R. Blueberry," "Tom Popatopolis," and "Noble Henry." His movies often spoof horror films: Cleavagefield, for example, parodies Cloverfield, The Bare Wench Project parodies The Blair Witch Project, and Para-Knockers Activity parodies Paranormal Activity. A character in the film The Final Destination is named after him.
In 2009, the documentary Popatopolis, directed by Clay Westervelt and named for one of Wynorski's pseudonyms, chronicled Wynorski during the making of his soft-core horror film, The Witches of Breastwick. The film serves as a partial biography, with clips from many of his previous films and includes interviews with Wynorski, his contemporaries, cast, and crew.
In 2016, he directed Nessie & Me, the character Jack O’Grady directly references Wynorski's earlier films Dinocroc vs. Supergator and Piranhaconda when he encounters Nessie at the start of the film, hinting that Nessie & Me is canon to those film series, as well as Monster Cruise, with many characters from it appearing in Nessie & Me as well.
