From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Nicholas Farrell (born Nicholas Frost, in 1955) is an English stage, film and television actor. His early screen career included the role of Aubrey Montague in the 1981 film Chariots of Fire. In 1983, he starred as Edmund Bertram in a television adaptation of the Jane Austen novel, Mansfield Park. In 1984, he appeared in Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes and The Jewel in the Crown. Since then, his film and television work has included several screen adaptations of Shakespeare's works, including Kenneth Branagh's 1996 Hamlet , in which he played Horatio, a role he had played previously with Branagh for the Royal Shakespeare Company. He has also appeared in film adaptations of Twelfth Night (1996), Othello (1995) and In the Bleak Midwinter (1995). He provided the voice of Hamlet for the animated television adaptation Shakespeare: The Animated Tales (1992). Other television appearances have included two Agatha Christie's Poirot movies, Sharpe's Regiment, To Play the King, Torchwood and Collision. He has also appeared in episodes of Lovejoy, Foyle's War, Absolute Power, Spooks, Midsomer Murders, Drop the Dead Donkey and Casualty. Brian Conley is one of the UK's most versatile and popular performers. He has become a household name thanks to such diverse characters as Dangerous Brian, Nick Frisby "It's a puppet", Doug Digby and the legendary Al Jolson. He was born and raised in West London and studied Performing Arts at The Barbara Speake Stage School and then at the age of 16 hit the road and made a living performing cabaret in nightclubs. He began his TV career as a warm up man for Terry Wogan, Noel Edmonds and Kenny Everett, but soon started appearing in front of the cameras with regular appearances in Five Alive and Live from the Palladium. Julian Lewis Jones is a Welsh actor. He has appeared largely in British television in shows such as "Where the Heart Is" and the Welsh-language drama series "Caerdydd". In 2009, he starred in Clint Eastwood's drama film "Invictus", as the head of Nelson Mandela's bodyguard team. Originally from Anglesey, Julian Lewis Jones currently lives in Nantgaredig, Carmarthenshire. He has appeared on various productions on the Welsh-language channel S4C, including as a presenter of a popular fishing programme "Sgota". In 2010 he appeared in the TV series "The Tudors" as Mr. Roper (the park keeper) in Season 4, Episode 1. Also in 2010 he appeared on British TV series "Spooks" (US title MI-5) as Russian spy Viktor Barenshik in Season 9, Episode 3. In 2012 and 2013, he appeared in the Sky1 drama-comedy series "Stella" as Karl Morris and in an episode of the BBC Two drama-comedy series "Ambassadors".
