Paul Ben-Victor (born July 24, 1965) is an American actor. Ben-Victor was born Paul Friedman, in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Leah Kornfeld, a playwright, and Victor Friedman. Ben-Victor debuted on the small screen in 1987 in the made-for-TV movie Blood Vows: The Story of a Mafia Wife and on an episode of Cagney & Lacey. Fifteen years after beginning his television career with bit parts, Ben-Victor found himself cast in important roles on HBO dramas The Wire and Entourage, as well as making a 2006 appearance as Coach Lou on My Name is Earl. He portrayed Moe Howard in the 2000 made-for-TV film The Three Stooges. Ben-Victor has been featured on many television cop dramas like Monk and CSI, and also had a recurring role as two-bit con man Steve Richards on three episodes of NYPD Blue from 1994 to 1997. Ben-Victor has co-written stage plays with his mother. At least two of their plays have been staged in the Manhattan area, including "Club Soda" and "The Good Steno". Ben-Victor had a starring role in the Sci-Fi channel television show, The Invisible Man, alongside Vincent Ventresca. The two later guest starred together on the hit TV show Las Vegas. They were reunited again on an episode of the new USA Network series In Plain Sight (Episode 1.2, "Hoosier Daddy"), on which Ben-Victor has a supporting role. Michael Weatherly (born July 8, 1968; Height: 6 feet 1 ½ inches (1.87 meters)) is an American actor, producer, director, and musician. He is best known for his roles as Anthony DiNozzo in the television series NCIS (2003–2016) and Logan Cale in Dark Angel (2000–2002). From 2016 to 2022, he starred as Dr. Jason Bull in Bull, a courtroom drama.
Weatherly was born in New York City and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut. He attended Fairfield Country Day School and graduated from Brooks School in North Andover, Massachusetts in 1986. He attended Boston University, Menlo College, American University, and The American University of Paris but left college to pursue acting.
Weatherly began his acting career with a minor television role on The Cosby Show as Theo Huxtable's roommate. He played the role of Cooper Alden in Loving and later, The City, appearing in the role from 1992 until 1996. Weatherly moved to Los Angeles, soon landing a role as a series regular on the FOX television series Significant Others with Jennifer Garner, though the show only lasted six episodes. He then met director Whit Stillman who cast him in the 1998 film The Last Days of Disco as Hap, opposite Chloë Sevigny.
Weatherly's breakthrough role came in 2000 when he was cast as Logan Cale in the television series Dark Angel. The show was created by James Cameron and starred Jessica Alba as Max Guevara, a genetically enhanced super-soldier. Weatherly played Cale, a journalist who helps Max. Dark Angel was canceled after two seasons, but it made Weatherly a household name.
In 2003, Weatherly was cast as Anthony DiNozzo in the television series NCIS. DiNozzo was a senior field agent for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. He was known for his sense of humor and his love of movies. Weatherly remained on NCIS for 13 seasons, leaving the show in 2016.
In 2016, Weatherly starred in the television series Bull. Bull is a courtroom drama based on the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw. Weatherly plays Jason Bull, a trial consultant and jury expert. Bull is known for his ability to read people and his use of psychology to win cases.
Weatherly is also a musician. He has released several albums of music, including "Under the Weather" (2006) and "Hobo Lucky" (2010). He has also appeared in music videos for artists such as Jessica Alba and Sheryl Crow.
Weatherly is married to Bojana Janković, a Serbian actress. They have two children together. He is also the stepfather to Janković's son from a previous relationship.
