Alice, Judy and Sally are three Australian roommates who are unlucky in love. Over the course of a year, they endure numerous personal ups and downs. Meanwhile, Ewan, Joel and Neil are friends and coworkers with similar problems, and gradually their lives intersect with the trio of women to varying degrees. Aaron C. Jeffery (born 1970) is a Logie Award winning New Zealand – Australian actor. Born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery moved to Australia at the age of 17 and studied acting at NIDA. Jeffery has been in a relationship with his former McLeod's Daughters co-star Zoe Naylor since 2010.[1] The couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter called Sophia Jade Jeffery, in 2012.Jeffery also has another daughter from a previous relationship.

Marshall James Napier is a New Zealand actor. He is the father of actress Jessica Napier and the uncle of actor James Napier.
Before becoming an actor, Napier worked variously as an art student, factory worker and truck driver. In 1988, he moved with his wife and two children, Reuben and Jessica, to Australia, to pursue a career in acting, and has worked in theatre, film, and television productions. In his 40's, he began writing plays.
