Sabrina travels to Australia's Great Barrier Reef with her best friend Gwen, a fellow witch from England, for a week-long vacation where they try to help protect a hidden mermaid colony whose habitat is threatened by ocean pollution, and by a local marine biologist determined to find the colony as his claim to fame. While Sabrina finds romance with a "merman" from the mermaid colony, Salem the cat finds a possible romance with another witch-turned-into-a-cat, named Hilary, but finds Sabrina's problems interfering with his plans.

Melissa Joan Catherine Hart (born April 18, 1976, height 5' 2" (1,57 m)) is an American actress, writer, television director, television producer, singer and businesswoman. Hart is perhaps best known for her title roles in the television series Clarissa Explains It All (1991–1994) and the live action version of Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996–2003). Hart's career has mixed movie work with television including appearances in the popular TV shows Law and Order and That '70s Show. Lindsay Sloane Leikin-Rollins is an American actress. She is known for playing Valerie Birkhead on Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Emily in The Odd Couple. He is known as the voice of Salem Saberhagen on ABC/The WB's Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Sabrina: The Animated Series, and Norbert Beaver on The Angry Beavers. He played Karl on the Fox series 'Til Death as well as serving as a producer of the show until it was cancelled by Fox. He is also one of the executive producers of the CBS sitcom Mom.
