Salt Lake City homicide detective Caleb Barnes is under increasing pressure from all sides to crack a string of serial killings that have been terrorizing the city. Stephen Baldwin (born May 12, 1966) is an American actor, director, producer and author. He is best known as the youngest of the Baldwin brothers and for his roles as William F. Cody in the western show The Young Riders (1989–1992) and as Stuart in the movie Threesome (1994). Other notable films Baldwin starred in were Posse (1993), 8 Seconds (1994), The Usual Suspects (1995), Fall Time (1995), Bio-Dome (1996), Fled (1996), One Tough Cop (1998), The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas (2000), The Harpy (2007), and The Flyboys (2008). He is also well known for his public display of evangelical Christian ideology as well as for his recent appearances on numerous reality television shows.

Ellen Tyne Daly ( born February 21, 1946) is an American stage and screen actress, widely known for her work as Detective Lacey in the television series Cagney & Lacey. She has won six Emmy Awards for her television work and a Tony Award, and is a 2011 American Theatre Hall of Fame inductee.
Daly began her career on stage in summer stock in New York, and made her Broadway debut in the play That Summer – That Fall in 1967. She is best known for her television role as Detective Mary Beth Lacey in Cagney & Lacey, for which she is a four-time Emmy Award winner as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. In 1989, she starred in the Broadway revival of Gypsy and won the 1990 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.
Her other TV roles include Alice Henderson in Christy, for which she won an Emmy in 1996 and Maxine Gray in Judging Amy, which won her a sixth Emmy in 2003. Her other Broadway credits include The Seagull, her Tony-nominated role in Rabbit Hole and her Tony-nominated role in Mothers and Sons. She played Maria Callas, both on Broadway and in London's West End, in the play Master Class. She portrayed Anne Marie Hoag in Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Allen Garfield, born and sometimes credited as Allen Goorwitz (November 22, 1939 - April 7, 2020), was an American film and television actor.
Garfield was born in Newark, New Jersey, the son of Alice (née Lavroff) and Philip Goorwitz.A graduate of Weequahic High School, he was a sports reporter and Golden Gloves boxer before becoming an actor. He studied acting at The Actors Studio in New York City, studying with both Lee Strasberg and Elia Kazan, and worked in stage before film. Garfield was a quirky and prolific actor who appeared in over 100 films and television shows. He was known for playing nervous villains, corrupt businessmen and politicians. In addition he appeared in two art films by German director Wim Wenders, Der Stand der Dinge and Bis ans Ende der Welt. Garfield had one sister, Lois.

Robert Lyle Knepper (born July 8, 1959) is an American actor. He is best known for starring as Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell in the Fox network's drama series, Prison Break, for which he was nominated for a Satellite Award. He has also appeared in the films Hitman (2007) and Transporter 3 (2008), and joined the cast of Heroes for its fourth season. Most recently, he joined the cast of Stargate Universe for its second season, which has started airing in the US in the 2010 fall season. Knepper is set to reprise his role as Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell in the upcoming series Breakout Kings.

Born in Chesaning, Michigan, Roger Callard started building his body at the age of five. He attended Michigan State University and then participated in bodybuilding championships. He won the 1977 title of Mr. America of the International Federation of Bodybuilders middleweight. At this time he was training with Arnold Schwarzenegger at the Gold's Gym and was also seen in the two bodybuilding films Mr. Universe and Pumping Iron.
He is known for his roles in the movies Sextette (1978), UHF (1989) and Red Heat (1990). He also guest starred in tv in shows such as Charlies Angels and Wonder Woman.
Lesley Fera (born November 23, 1971) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Veronica Hastings on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars. Fera also had a recurring roles in 24, CSI: Miami and Southland, as well as performing in a number of theater productions. She launched a podcast to discuss Pretty Little Liars in 2020.

Frank has appeared in over 180 feature films, documentaries, television series and made-for-TV movies; in over 1000 commercials, voice-overs, industrials and print; and in over 90 stage productions. Frank was a resident member of Utah's Pioneer Theatre Company (LORT) for 12 seasons and performed with Pennsylvania Centre Stage, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Sundance Summer Theatre, Salt Lake Acting Company,and as a vocal soloist for the Utah Symphony's Children's Concert series. Frank holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Rhode Island.
