Sawa began acting when he was a teenager and appeared in several films in the 1990s including Little Giants, Casper, Now and Then, Wild America, Idle Hands, and Final Destination. He also played the title character of the Eminem music video "Stan" and starred as Owen Elliot in The CW action spy drama series Nikita. Danny Lebern Glover (born July 22, 1946) is an American actor, film director, and political activist. He is best known for his co-starring lead role as Sergeant Roger Murtaugh in the Lethal Weapon film series.
Glover has had a variety of film, stage, and television roles. He starred as the husband to Whoopi Goldberg's character, Celie in the celebrated literary adaptation of The Color Purple, and as Lieutenant James McFee in the film Witness. He had leading roles in other films including To Sleep with Anger, Predator 2, Angels in the Outfield, and Operation Dumbo Drop. He won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead for his starring role in Charles Burnett's To Sleep with Anger.
Also, he has had prominent supporting roles in Silverado, Witness, A Rage in Harlem, Dreamgirls, Shooter, Death at a Funeral, Beyond the Lights, Sorry to Bother You, The Last Black Man in San Francisco, The Dead Don't Die, Lonesome Dove and Jumanji: The Next Level. Sonny Shroyer was born in Valdosta, Georgia, a small city on the Georgia-Florida border. Shroyer, whose given name is Otis Burt Shroyer Jr., grew up steeped in the traditions of the deep South. He worked in the tobacco warehouses pushing tobacco buggies and helped his father in their fruit stand-ice cream parlor business. His prowess in high school football landed him a football scholarship at Florida State University (he later ended up playing football in the movie The Longest Yard (1974) with another FSU football player, Burt Reynolds). However, his football career was cut short by an injury, and Shroyer finished his education at the University of Georgia, where he earned his degree in business.
Larry Reese was born in 1951 in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. He grew up in Greeley Colorado then immigrated to Canada in 1960. His family moved to Dacca East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) in 1966. On a trip to Calcutta he had the opportunity to meet and learn about sitar from Ravi Shankar. On returning to Canada in 1968 Larry played guitar and recorded with several bands (Manna and Spiney Norman's Whooppee Band) and toured North America with the Canadian Rock Opera Company in 'Jesus Christ Superstar'.
He was the opening act for the Procol Harum LP "Live With the Edmonton Symphony' and played sitar on "In Held Twas I". Larry got a BMUS. degree in Music Composition from the University of Alberta and wrote film scores for the NFB. He got his Master's Degree in Acting from Brandeis University, Massachusetes in 1978 and returned to Canada to work as an actor and teacher in theater and on film and TV. Larry has worked with such notables as Clint Eastwood, Ang Lee, James Caan, Heath Ledger, Michael Ironside and Gene Hackman, to name a few. He has appeared in a lead role the Canadian classic, 'The Hounds of Notre Dame' and is a producer, director and co-writer for the award winning independent feature, 'Naked Frailties'.
He now heads the Motion Picture Arts Program at Red Deer College. Many of his students have gone on to stellar careers in television and film. He lives with his family beside beautiful Sylvan Lake.
